预印本服务中的质量控制方法研究

【摘要】:质量控制是预印本服务中的重要环节。当前国际通行的预印本质量控制措施包括"上传者和作者的研究身份审核""论文格式完整性审核"和"论文内容学术性和真实性审核"三方面,审核方式以人工审核为主、机器审核为辅。中国科学院科技论文预发布平台(ChinaXiv)按国际通行模式建立质量控制机制,包括论文常规审核制、领域专家评审制、论文开放评议制、问题论文撤稿制和非诚信作者名单制等。未来可从优化平台注册和上传流程、提高机器辅助审核能力,推动建立更加完善的开放同行评议机制,确保质量控制政策公开透明等方面做出改进。
[Abstract]:Quality control is an important link in preprint service. The current international quality control measures for preprints include three aspects: "uploader and author's research identity audit", "paper format integrity audit" and "paper content academic and authenticity audit", with manual verification as the main auditing method. Machine audit is auxiliary. (ChinaXiv), a pre-publishing platform of Chinese Academy of Sciences, establishes a quality control mechanism according to the prevailing international model, including the regular review system of papers, the expert review system in the field, the open evaluation system of papers, the withdrawal system of problem papers and the list of dishonest authors, etc. In the future, we can optimize the registration and upload process of the platform, improve the ability of machine-aided audit, promote the establishment of a more perfect open peer review mechanism, and ensure that the quality control policy is open and transparent.
