开放出版模式下的学术图书馆资源建设

【摘要】：针对开放出版快速发展的现状,应研究学术图书馆资源建设的方向,使学术图书馆在数字出版变革中争得先机,在学术交流系统中发挥更大的作用。文章分析开放出版模式,并对开放出版模式下学术图书馆资源的建设问题进行思考,提出策略:学术图书馆需在业务流程重组、开放政策制定推进、开放知识体系等方面进行探索,打造图书馆自身的开放出版服务。
[Abstract]:In view of the rapid development of open publishing, it is necessary to study the direction of resource construction in academic libraries so as to make academic libraries win the first chance in the reform of digital publishing and play a greater role in the academic communication system. This paper analyzes the open publishing mode, thinks about the construction of academic library resources under the open publishing mode, and puts forward some strategies: the academic library should reorganize its business process and make the open policy. Open knowledge system and other aspects to explore to create the library's own open publishing services.
