我国公共图书馆职业吸引力评价及实证研究

【摘要】:本研究根据社会认知职业理论、职业发展理论、相关研究成果以及实际调研,初步确定了评价我国公共图书馆职业吸引力23项原始指标。原始评价指标确定后,通过调查问卷的方式对指标的重要程度进行探究,通过分析调查结果的均值和标准差,筛选掉存在较大争议以及重要程度不足的指标,最终确定正式指标共18项。正式指标确定后,用SPSS statistics 17.0对其进行因子分析,共得到五大因子变量,分别将其命名为“个人因素”、“职业声望”、“经济文化因素”、“工作本身”和“其他因素”。而这五大因子则是评价指标体系的一级指标,18项具体指标则是其对应的二级指标。进行因子分析后,采用集值迭代法对指标赋予权重,构建出完整的我国公共图书馆职业吸引力评价指标体系。随后结合调查研究、对比分析等方式对所建立的我国公共图书馆职业吸引力评价指标体系的合理性和科学性进行检验,结果表明评价指标体系具有科学性、合理性和可用性。最后主要依据评价指标体系设置相关调查问卷,从宏观角度获得社会大众和公共图书馆馆员对我国公共图书馆职业吸引力的看法,对我国公共图书馆职业吸引力现状进行了分析和评价,得出对馆员来说公共图书馆职业吸引力较强,而对大众来说公共图书馆职业具有一定吸引力,但吸引力不强的结论,并找到影响公共图书馆职业吸引力的负面因素,提出了相应的对策,以期能够不断提高公共图书馆职业的社会影响力,提高其职业声望,使其职业发展前景更加光明,不断提升我国公共图书馆职业吸引力。
[Abstract]:Based on the social cognitive vocational theory, career development theory, relevant research results and practical investigation, the study preliminarily determines 23 primary indicators for evaluating the professional attractiveness of public libraries in China. After the original evaluation index is determined, the importance of the index is investigated by questionnaire, and by analyzing the mean value and standard deviation of the survey result, the indexes which are controversial and insufficient are screened out. A total of 18 formal indicators were finalized. After the formal index was determined, SPSS statistics 17.0 was used for factor analysis and five factors were obtained, which were named as "personal factor", "occupational prestige", "economic and cultural factor", "job itself" and "other factors" respectively. These five factors are the first class index of the evaluation index system, and the 18 concrete indexes are the second grade indexes. After factor analysis, the index is given weight by means of set-valued iteration method, and a complete evaluation index system of professional attraction of public libraries in China is constructed. Then the rationality and scientific nature of the evaluation index system of professional attraction of public libraries in China are tested by means of investigation and comparative analysis. The results show that the evaluation index system is scientific, reasonable and available. Finally, according to the evaluation index system set up the relevant questionnaire, from the macro perspective to obtain the public and public librarians' views on the professional attraction of public libraries in China. This paper analyzes and evaluates the present situation of the professional attraction of the public library in China, and draws the conclusion that the public library has a strong professional attraction to the librarians, but to the public, the public library profession has a certain attraction, but the attraction is not strong. It also finds out the negative factors that affect the professional attraction of public library, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the social influence of public library profession, improve its professional prestige, and make its career development prospect brighter.
