图书馆联盟组织与公共文化服务体系的多层级共同演化

【摘要】：图书馆联盟组织与公共文化服务体系之间是一个相互影响、相互嵌入,从微观到中观再到宏观的多层级互动发展过程。在共同演化的三个阶段,演化层级、互动主体、反馈效应均表现出不同的特征。把握共同演化的客观规律,释放政策法规的外生性动力,激发个体创新性学习的内生性动力,优化共演系统发展的外部宏观环境将有利于共演体系的健康发展。
[Abstract]:The library alliance organization and the public cultural service system are interactive and embedded, from micro to meso to macro and multi-level interactive development process. In the three stages of co-evolution, the level of evolution, the interactive subject, and the feedback effect all show different characteristics. To grasp the objective law of co-evolution, to release the exogenous motive force of policies and regulations, to stimulate the endogenous motive force of individual innovative learning, and to optimize the external macro environment of co-representation system development will be beneficial to the healthy development of co-acting system.
