特大型企业实行区域化档案集中管理体制探析

【摘要】：正随着企业的发展和壮大,我国特大型企业已不再局限所在区域的发展,纷纷走向"内强外延"发展路径,以满足企业更高经营目标的追求和市场占领。以笔者所在的巨化集团公司为例,公司创建于1958年,是全国最大的氟化工先进制造业基地和浙江省最大的国有化工联合企业。公司总部位于杭州,主要生产基地在浙江衢州市,同时还在宁波、舟山、诸暨以及江苏省等区域设立生产基地,实现了跨区域、跨行业发展。公司实行二级档案管理体制,
