【摘要】：正最近,北京、上海、广东纷纷调低经济增速目标,主动为转方式、调结构留出更大空间和余地;未来数年,天津、山西、内蒙古、山东等将大幅削减钢铁、水泥、焦炭等产能,以加快大气污染治理。这些行动,无疑会使增长速度慢下来、"账面"不好看,但却彰显了转型发展的价值取向。然而,也有一些地方依然顾虑重重、瞻前顾后。经济总量上不去,GDP排位不靠前,如何体现地方实力、发展能力?会不会影响政绩、耽误升迁?这样的纠结,导致一些地方在转型发展
[Abstract]:Recently, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong have one after another lowered their economic growth targets, taking the initiative to open up more space and room for the transformation of the economic structure. In the next few years, Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shandong and so on will substantially reduce steel and cement. Coke and other production capacity to speed up the treatment of air pollution. These actions will undoubtedly slow down the growth rate, "book" is not good-looking, but it highlights the value of transformation and development.
