劳动工资统计的难点及对策

【摘要】:正 劳动工资统计有“三难”:一是基层报表收集难。由于基层报表单位较多,统计人员不固定,加之一些单位改变了经济类型,忙于搞分流办实体,对统计报表重视不够,有些经办人责任心不强,使得基层报表收集相当困难,有的打几个电话,找多次还是不见报表。二是数据质量控制难。现在各单位实际发放工资情况不一,有钱的多发,按国家规定工资标准
[Abstract]:Positive labor wage statistics have "three difficulties": first, the collection of grass-roots reports difficult.
