基层统计在市场经济建设中的地位与作用

【摘要】：正 一、基层统计工作的现状 在传统的计划经济体制下,基层统计犹如已长大,而又永远长不大的孩子,需要对有人差使,不需要时无人问津。他们肩上的担子很重,却又显得无能为力,无可奈何。上面“大人”只管订计划,下指标,布置各种调查任务、指令完成各种数据统计,却不管基层统计有无足够的人员、经费,有无必需的设备;只管要求及时完成任务,却不管统计结果质量如何。这种家长制的作风,对我国经济建设的发展产生了极其不利的影响。

This kind of patriarchal style, to our country economy construction development produced extremely unfavorable influence.
