我国鸡肉和鸡蛋价格周期规律及对比分析

【摘要】:正作为禽类养殖的重要产品,鸡肉和鸡蛋具有高蛋白、低脂肪、低成本、健康的天然属性,是我国居民重要的营养食品。我国是鸡肉和鸡蛋的生产大国,据粮农组织(FAO)统计,我国的鸡肉产量从1978年的87.50万t增长到2013年的1 278.54万t,位居世界第二;2013年我国鸡蛋总产量达到1 299万t,位居世界第一。鸡肉和鸡蛋价格的波动关系着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,也影响着家禽业健康
[Abstract]:As an important product of poultry culture, chicken and egg have high protein, low fat, low cost and healthy natural properties, so they are important nutritious foods for Chinese residents. China is a big producer of chicken and eggs. According to (FAO) statistics of the Food and Agriculture Organization, China's chicken production increased from 875000 tons in 1978 to 12.7854 million tons in 2013, ranking second in the world. In 2013, China's total egg output reached 12.99 million tons, ranking first in the world. The fluctuation of chicken and egg prices is related to the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, and also affects the health of poultry industry.
