奥扎格雷钠针联合地西泮针治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床观察

[Abstract] Aim: To observe the joint of ozagrel and diazepam treatment of vertebral basilar insufficiency of the clinical effects. Method: 65 patients diagnosed clearly as vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency were randomly divided into contronl group and treatment group treated with diazepam and ozagrel injection.Comprehensive treatment of the two groups was the same. Result: Efficiency of the treatment group was 94.29% and the control group was 67.74% (P<0.05). And the statistically significant difference.Effect: the treatment group was better than the control group in the onset time,the clinical efficacy and the relapse rates.So the joint of ozagrel and diazepam treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency safe and effective.

结果  治疗组治疗有效率分别为94.29%，，对照组成67.74%。且有统计学显著差异(P＜0.05) 结论 加用地西泮和奥扎格雷钠针剂的起效时间短、临床疗效和复发率方面优于对照组，奥扎格雷钠联合地西泮治疗椎基底动脉供血不足安全有效。

椎基底动脉供血不足（vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency,VBI）中老年患者好发的一组常见临床征候群，临床大多以眩晕为首发症状。此病反复发作，迁延不愈，如任其发展则1/3的患者在以后数月、数年内发生脑梗死[1]，严重影响患者的生活质量。笔者对我院神经内科的急诊观察及住院的椎基底动脉供血不足病人应用奥扎格雷钠联合地西泮治疗取得满意疗效，现报告如下。
