工学结合模式下高职院校思政课实践教学探索

高职院校专业课对学生技能的培养具有天然的重要性,很容易受到重视,在专业课程的改革方面往往成果比较多。但是,作为基础课的思政课往往不像专业课那么受重视。这样一来,思政课的改革往往落后于专业课的改革。思政课是一门塑造人的灵魂的课程,对大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观的正确形成具有不可替代的作用。新形势下要提高思政课在育人中的作用与效果,,就必须积极探索并构建适应工学结合人才培养模式的思政课程新体系。本文将从实践教学这个角度来进行尝试性探索。


1.工学结合模式的由来
工学结合教育模式历史悠久,最早可以追溯到英国桑得兰德技术学院工程系和土木建筑系于1903年开始实施的“三明治”教育模式(Sandwich Education)。英国出现三明治教育模式以后的第3年,美国俄亥俄州辛辛那提大学开始实施与英国基本相同的工学结合教育模式,称之为“合作教育”(Cooperative Education)。1983年世界合作教育协会(World Association for Cooperative Education)在美国成立,协会成员来自40多个国家,每年召开一次国际性会议,影响越来越大。目前,发达国家工学结合教育模式发展的重点是跨国安排学生工作实践,以达到教育国际化的目的。2000年协会理事会经讨论决定,将合作教育改为“与工作相结合的学习” (Work—integrated Learning),以进一步从名称上凸显工学结合的基本特征,便于理解。工学结合教育模式能持续100年经久不衰,主要归功于它切合实际的理念,以职业为导向,以提高学生就业竞争能力为目的,以市场需求为运作平台。
