【摘要】：近年来内刊加入期刊数据库的现象越来越多,虽然内刊的加入有助于期刊数据库的丰富,但其是否具有合法性则引人深思。众所周知,内刊是企业和其他社会机构用于信息传播的一种基本的文献形式,它的发行在一定程度上为企业和其他社会机构的发展做出了巨大的贡献,这也确立了期刊对于社会生活无可比拟的重要地位。但是,内刊也有自身的局限性,它的发行传播范围相比于其他文献刊物而言具有一定的局限性,受到法律法规的制约。但随着内刊的资源越来越丰富,如果不纳入到期刊数据库中,继续固守着原本的传播阵地在小范围内进行传播,无疑是一种巨大的知识壁垒和资源浪费。内刊的期刊数据化尽管利大于弊,但还是要遵守国家的法律法规,本文将就内刊加入期刊数据库的合法性可能的有关问题进行探究和分析。
