高校电子期刊数据库评价体系研究

【摘要】: 随着INTERNET和信息技术的飞速发展,以及科研工作者对信息流通快速、高效的要求越来越强烈,电子资源开始成为图书馆文献资源的重要组成部分。高校图书馆每年花费大量的经费购置电子资源,因此迫切需要对电子资源进行科学客观的评价,从而调整购置决策,在有限的经费条件下,合理配置资源,实现电子资源的最优化配置。电子期刊数据库作为电子资源的重中之重,由于其自身的特点以及读者对其要求的特殊性,使得电子期刊数据库的评价成为高校图书馆迫切需要解决的问题。 本文采用模糊综合评价方法,对电子期刊数据库进行评价,并通过实证研究,探求一个科学合理的电子期刊数据库评价体系。 本文主要从以下几个方面进行研究: (1)将复杂的电子期刊数据库评价问题划分为包含5个一级指标,30个二级指标的评价体系,指标既概括又全面,同时易于获得,从而将复杂问题简单化。 (2)采用层次分析方法赋予各指标权重。在权重分析过程中,考虑专家的权重合理分配问题,采用直接赋权法确定专家先验权重,采用系统聚类方法确定后验权重,采用凸组合获得较为客观的专家综合权重。并运用群组决策方法,对多专家判断按照加权综合向量排序法整合,得出最终的各因素综合排序向量。 (3)采用模糊综合评价方法,将评价体系的定性定量指标统一规划,解决了电子期刊数据库评价体系指标边界模糊、类型、量纲不同的问题。通过评价电子期刊数据库的整体等级,及各个准则层指标的等级,各方案层二级指标的等级,确定电子期刊数据库的购置决策。其中评价因素权向量即通过上述群组AHP获得的综合排序向量。同时,采用加权平均的方法分析评价结果,使评价结论更加科学合理。 (4)利用实证研究,验证本文的评价体系的合理性和可行性。 最后,对本文电子期刊数据库评价体系的研究进行了总结,并对下一步的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of INTERNET and information technology, the demand of researchers for rapid and efficient information flow is becoming stronger and stronger. Electronic resources began to become an important part of library literature resources. College libraries spend a lot of money to purchase electronic resources every year, so it is urgent to carry out scientific and objective evaluation of electronic resources. In order to adjust the purchasing decision and allocate the resources reasonably under the condition of limited funds, the electronic periodical database is the most important of the electronic resources to realize the optimal allocation of electronic resources. Because of its own characteristics and the particularity of readers' request, the evaluation of electronic periodical database has become an urgent problem to be solved in university libraries. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the electronic journal database, and through empirical research, a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of electronic periodical database is explored. This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects: 1) the evaluation problem of the complex electronic periodical database is divided into an evaluation system which includes 5 first-grade indexes and 30 second-level indexes. The indicators are both general and comprehensive, and easy to obtain at the same time. In order to simplify the complex problem. In the process of weight analysis, the expert's prior weight is determined by the direct weighting method considering the rational distribution of the expert's weight. The system clustering method is used to determine the posterior weight, the convex combination is used to obtain the objective expert comprehensive weight, and the group decision method is used to integrate the multi-expert judgment according to the weighted synthetic vector ranking method. Finally, the comprehensive sorting vector of each factor is obtained. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted, the qualitative and quantitative indexes of the evaluation system are unified, and the fuzzy boundary and type of the index of the evaluation system of the electronic periodical database are solved. Through the evaluation of the overall level of electronic journal database, and the index level of each criterion layer, the second level index grade of each program level. This paper determines the purchasing decision of electronic periodical database. The weight vector of evaluation factor is the comprehensive sorting vector obtained by the group AHP. At the same time, the method of weighted average is used to analyze the evaluation results. The conclusion of evaluation is more scientific and reasonable. 4) using empirical research to verify the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system. Finally, the research on the evaluation system of electronic journal database is summarized, and the future work is prospected.
