【摘要】: 本研究以CALIS引进的外文电子期刊全文数据库为研究对象,通过分析国内外数据库评价研究,和“CALIS引进数据库用户满意度调查总结报告”,选取外文电子期刊全文数据库的评价指标。采用层次分析法,构建外文电子期刊全文数据库评价指标体系,及四级层次分析模型。指标体系中一级指标包括:基础指标、技术指标、效益指标,以此建立三个子系统,子系统共有16个二级指标,对应一级指标构建不完全层次分析模型。以此为基础,采用层次分析法和模糊评价法,构建了一个具有普遍适用性的外文电子期刊全文数据库评价模型。 本研究建模的依据是“CALIS引进数据库用户满意度调查总结报告”,从1998年开始,CALIS每年在全国范围内对广大成员馆使用各种引进数据库的情况进行调查测评,调查结果公开发布,其调查报告的数据来源广泛,调查结果真实可靠,权威性强。本模型以2006年5月CALIS调查报告作为数据研究材料和建立模型指标的常量参数的数据采集源,通过对CALIS调查报告的数据分析,采用多种算法,计算出评价模型的16个指标的权重值常量,将常量代入,乘以被评价数据库的16个指标的随机变量的标准化值,再迭加指标值,,计算出各数据库的载荷量,根据载荷量大小,比较判断数据库的优劣。 这个模型提出的指标常量和随机指标的计算是一般情形,对于具体图书馆适用模型的可行性需要进行检测。本研究承担了江苏省JALIS十五建设子项目,对CALIS引进的8个外文电子期刊全文数据库的质量和内容进行学术评价,研究得到数据库核心期刊量、学科覆盖率、影响因子、数据总量等相关数据,从中选取了Springerlink、Wiley、Blackwell三个有代表性的数据库,根据CALIS数据库分类,分别属于一、二、三类,并且检测数据完备。从南京农业大学图书馆资源建设的学科结构及学校学科发展需求度出发,利用本模型对三个数据库进行评价研究,验证载荷量结果:Springerlink (-0.3718)<Wiley(-0.3462)<Blackwell(0.9523),与本研究和CALIS对数据库的调查结果一致。证明建立的外文电子期刊全文数据库评价模型是实用的、可行的。
[Abstract]:This study takes the full text database of foreign electronic periodicals introduced by Calis as the research object, through the analysis of domestic and foreign database evaluation research, and "Calis database user satisfaction survey summary report", The evaluation index of the full text database of foreign electronic periodicals is selected. The evaluation index system of the full text database of foreign electronic periodicals and the four level analytic hierarchy process model are constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In the index system, the first-order index includes basic index, technical index and benefit index, and then three subsystems are established. There are 16 second-level indexes in the subsystem, corresponding to the first-level index, the incomplete AHP model is constructed. On this basis, an evaluation model of full text database of foreign electronic journals is constructed by using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method. The model of this study is based on the "Calis Database user satisfaction Survey Summary report". Since 1998, Calis has conducted a nationwide survey and assessment of the use of various kinds of imported databases in member libraries, and the results have been published publicly. The data source of its investigation report is extensive, the investigation result is true and reliable, authority is strong. In this model, the Calis survey report in May 2006 is used as the data research material and the constant parameter of the model index is established. By analyzing the data of Calis survey report, many algorithms are used. The weight constant of 16 indexes of the evaluation model is calculated, the constant is substituted, multiplied by the standardized value of the random variable of the 16 indexes in the evaluated database, and the index value is added to calculate the load quantity of each database, according to the magnitude of the load quantity, Compare and judge the advantages and disadvantages of the database. The calculation of the index constant and random index proposed by this model is a general case, and the feasibility of the applicable model of a specific library needs to be examined. In this study, the quality and content of the full text database of 8 foreign electronic journals introduced by Calis were evaluated, and the quantity of core journals, the coverage of subjects, the influencing factors were obtained. Three representative databases of SpringerLink Wiley Blackwell are selected. According to Calis database classification, they belong to one, two and three types, and the data are complete. Based on the subject structure of library resource construction of Nanjing Agricultural University and the demand degree of academic discipline development, this paper uses this model to evaluate the three databases. The results of verification of load amount: Springerlink (-0.3718) < Wiley (-0.3462) < Blackwell (0.9523) are consistent with the results of this study and Calis database investigation. It is proved that the evaluation model of full-text database of foreign electronic periodicals is practical and feasible.
