遵守商业道德是领导力的一个重要组成部分。所选文章是全球指南针的商业领袖,表明企业无法回避经济全球化挑战的精神,和处理复杂性道德是企业领导者的必然任务。
该报告将帮助企业领导人管理道德的挑战和应对道德与智慧传统和全球道德指南针的帮助下复杂性。诱导方法和结论性的研究方法将研究通过。关键的发现是,道德挑战是必然的;常规方法的智慧传统,实用,但有限的,所以新方法的全球道德指南针进行了分析。我建议,,研究人员应该探索更多的方法来解决这个问题,比如企业文化建设,建立监管体系。这有利于管理道德的挑战和道德的复杂性应对。
Observing commercial ethics is an important constituent part of leadership. The selected article is The Global Moral Compass for Business Leaders that indicates business cannot avoid moral challenges with economic globalization, and dealing with moral complexity is an inevitable task for business leaders. 
This report is going to help business leaders to manage moral challenges and deal with moral complexity with help of wisdom traditions and global moral compass. The induction approach and conclusive research approach will be adopted in research. The key finding is that moral challenge is inevitable; the conventional method wisdom tradition is practical but limited, so the new method global moral compass is analyzed. And I recommend that researchers should explore more methods to solve this problem, such as building enterprise culture and establishing regulator system. It is beneficial to manage moral challenges and cope with moral complexity.

This paper is a mini academic report of the selected article The Global Moral Compass for Business Leaders, and the critical description, analysis and reflection must be elaborated in order to sharpen skills in evaluating other scholars' research. In this paper, I will discuss and explore the relationship between business leaders and managing moral challenges; the global moral compass will be expounded in order to cope with moral complexity. In a word, the argument of this paper is that business leaders cannot avoid moral challenges with globalization, and global moral compass is the new tool to deal with moral complexity.

In conclusion, this report indicates that moral challenge is unavoidable with economic globalization. And dealing with moral challenges is business leaders’ inevitable task. Many transnational corporate are faced with business moral issues because the different cultures and laws. According to the research, wisdom tradition is the conventional method to solve this problem, but it is limited. The global moral compass is the new tool to manage moral challenges. Sequentially, international company can establish well-deserved reputation and promote further development.
