IABP并发症的预防及护理新进展

摘要

主动脉内球囊反搏( 简称IABP) 是心脏手术左心辅助循环方法之一，本文主要介绍了IABP的原理、并发症起因、并发症预防措施和并发症护理进展。希望能够提高护理质量，，提升心脏病治愈几率，具有重大的临床治疗意义。

1、IABP的原理及并发症的起因

主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）是一类辅助全身循环的支持器械和方法。主动脉内球囊反搏通过将某一特点的球囊导管经过股动脉放置于左锁骨下动脉远端1-2厘米和肾动脉开口近端的降主动脉内，然后将另一端与起搏器进行连接的支持方法[1-2]。

总之，主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）的临床应用对于广大心脏病患者来说无疑是巨大的福音，很多重症心脏病患者通过主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）获得了重生的机会。主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）同时能够应用于心脏功能极差的患者，大大降低了心脏病患者的死亡率。但是，主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）的特点使得使用主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）容易发生并发症，因此，提高护理质量，有效避免并发症的发生，将是主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）应用工作中的重点。
