1. Introduction 介绍

In this article, it will make an further introduction or review of the knowledge learned from the team work, which is related to the four components of the employability, including the employability assets, the employability deployment, the employability presentation and the personal and external environment. Besides, the significance of the group experience on employability will be paid more attention, referring to the meaning of the group work on the four parts of employability. The reflection in this section may combine with the concrete examples or things met in the team work. In addition, the SMART action plan could be made in the last section, which mainly focuses on the improvement of our employability, where the objectives, the tasks, the resources that may need, the potential barriers may meet, the evidence of success and completion or review date will be included and explained. 

2. The reflection on the employability for business
After commencing and completing of the team work related to the employability for business, there is a great of improvement in the field of employability. It helps us to identify pathways for career development and enhance your awareness of your employability and transferable skills. Besides, it also assistances us to explore our employability, analyze or have a better understanding of the skills, educational and transferable work haven already, have an further expectations of employers for employability for business. Furthermore, it also lays the key foundation for the work and learning in the future.

In conclusion, this essay intends to make an individual reflection on the previous group work related to the employability for business and apply the related theories into the practice in the future work. After the learning of the employability, the basic concept, the potential content of the personal banding and networks, the problems or barriers in career development and context of 21st century careers as well as the way to sell ourselves are all learned and try to be applied into the future work and study. As a result, the employability is an important and necessary qualification or advantage that need employees to learn and improve, which could brings much more advantages to the future learning and working.
