【摘要】：正为全面贯彻落实党的十八大、十八届三中、四中全会、中央农村工作会议、省委十一届五次全会和省委经济工作会议精神,主动适应经济发展新常态,以"五大规划"发展战略为统领,稳粮增收调结构,提质增效转方式,加快推进农业现代化;以经营效益最大化为目标,提高龙头企业竞争力,推进农业产业化发展;深化农垦改革,激发垦区内生动力和发展活力,现开展学术论文征集活动。征集的论文将组织专家评选,优秀论文在《农场经济管理》杂志公开发表。征文有关事项通知如下:一、征集论文议题
