农业网站科技信息智能采编系统研究

【摘要】: 随着计算机和通信技术的发展和普及,网络信息资源不仅数量巨大,而且增长迅速。可以说,在因特网上,每分钟都在产生大量的信息。在服务三农的过程中,科研类农业网站提供了大量的农业科技和信息技术,对现代农业的发展发挥了着重要的作用,也受到越来越多用户的欢迎。 然而当前广泛存在着对农业网站信息资源的无序组织与管理,特别是网站中的科技信息,使大量有用信息埋藏较深而不易于被用户找到,信息失去价值;信息更新没有规律,或规律不适应用户需求;不能全面有效了解到网站信息内容的分布情况,对信息内容的采集没有系统性,造成有的类型信息过多而有的类型信息过少等情况;把农业资源和其他性质的信息资源同等对待,也很少从用户的角度出发来组织信息,没有在信息利用上凸显出农业网站的信息特点。作为科研类的农业网站的“华中农业信息网”也存在着同样的问题。 要有序管理网络信息,就必须对信息资源进行分类组织。网站科技信息智能采编系统的建立,使信息从源头上形成良好的信息组织,才能做到信息高效管理,从而轻松地掌握网站信息资源的情况,在信息结构和信息质量上把好关。智能采编系统对信息的组织起着明显效果,以此促进网站信息资源的良性发展。而当前在网络资源组织与管理的研究中,大多对网络中信息所处的环境特点较少考虑,或是没有把信息资源自身的特点与网站性质和用户需求结合起来,而是以一种概述的形式进行研究,当前也没有开发相应的系统来实现对农业网站科技信息的组织与管理的研究。 本文是在魏清凤的“农业信息标准化研究”基础上进行的具体和细化研究,具有一定的继承性。将沿用“农业信息标准化研究”中对传统信息分类法《中国图书馆分类法》(以下简称《中图法》)进行了网络化改造的信息分类方法,并结合农业网站科技信息特点对原有的分类理论上进行拓展,形成适应科技信息特征的农业信息二维分类体系、建立的农业科技信息核心元数据集,制定农业科技信息编码体系,在上述研究的基础上开发科技信息分类采编系统,实现信息的自动编码。 具体研究内容如下: 1、二维分类体系的建立。对科技信息类别及特点进行分析,结合各种科技信息特点对信息组织的要求(农时需求,实用性聚类式需求和信息生命周期),在《中图法》网络化改进的基础上建立二维信息分类,并制定农业科技信息核心元数据集,是信息采编数据库规范的基础。 2、制定农业科技信息编码体系。考虑数据库的设计特点与网络化《中图法》中农业信息的分类形式,对农业信息编码的原则进行研究,并在满足其原则的基础上提出了适应科研类农业网站的信息分类编码体系。 3、科技信息分类采编系统开发。设计信息录入和查询系统,使信息分类组织与管理理论在实践上得到检验。在系统设计中,信息录入遵循一定的规范,并采用一条信息对应一至两条信息编码,使网络信息资源的多维性可以实现多角度的检索,提升信息的开发价值。 4、自动编码技术。信息分类能自动获得编码,使自动生成信息的各编码遵循一定的编码体系,一个编码对应一条信息,并作为建立在《中图法》基础上的编码体系使网站信息具有共享性。 科技信息是农业网站的重要组成部分,在普及现代化农业进程中起着举足轻重的作用,对农业网站科技信息智能采编系统的研究,具有一定的实用价值和意义。

However, the current widespread disorder of organization and management of information resources of agricultural websites, especially the website information technology to make a lot of useful information is buried deep and not easy to find information by users, lost value; information update is not the law, or the law does not meet the needs of users; the distribution cannot be fully and effectively learned website information the contents of the information collection system of no, causing some type of too much information and some types of information such as lack of; agricultural resources and other properties of the information resources of the same, rarely to organize information starting from the user's point of view, the characteristics of agricultural information website did not show the use of the information as convex. The kind of research of agriculture website "agricultural information network" also has the same problem.
The orderly management of the network information, we must classify the information resources. The establishment of website information technology intelligent editing system, the information form the good organization of information from the source, to achieve efficient management of information, so as to easily grasp the website information resources, the information structure and the quality of information on the organization of information in good relations. The intelligent acquisition system has obvious effect, in order to promote the healthy development of Web information resources. And the current research on cyber source organization and management in the environment of network information are less the consideration or not the characteristics and nature of the information resources of their own website and user needs together, but in a a review of the form of the current research, there is no development of the corresponding system to realize the study of organization and management of agricultural science and technology information website.

The specific research contents are as follows:

Considering the classification form of agricultural information and network diagram design features of the database in the < >, study on agricultural information encoding principle, and puts forward the system of scientific research to class encoding agricultural website information based on the principle.
3, the development of science and technology information classification and editing system. The information input and query system, the classification of information organization and management theory to be tested in practice. 4, the automatic coding technology. Scientific and technological information is an important part of agricultural website. It plays a decisive role in the process of popularizing modern agriculture. It has certain practical value and significance for the research of agricultural website technology information intelligent acquisition and cataloguing system.
