一种基于WEB的科技馆电子文档管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】: 科技馆是政务管理单位,文档是科技馆最重要的智力资产形式。随着科技馆的发展,科技馆的文档资料不断增长,文档管理、文档处理是其实现科学管理的重要工具。然而目前许多机关、事业单位的文书档案仍停留在纸介质的手工处理阶段,存在着诸多弊端:如档案堆积多、重复劳动多、分类管理困难、查询困难、利用率低等,这些缺点在文件流量越大时体现得越明显。另外,纸介质的文档,保存时容易受环境因素的影响,保存期限很受限制。 为解决上述问题,本人利用现代化网络技术及网络应用平台,建设一个安全、可靠、开放、高效的科技馆文档电子管理系统,为科技馆管理部门提供现代化的日常办公条件及丰富的综合信息服务,实现档案管理自动化和办公事务处理自动化,以提高办公效率和管理水平,实现部门领导各部门日常业务工作的规范化、电子化、标准化,增强档案部门档案等文档的可管理性,实现信息的在线查询、借阅,最终实现“无纸”办公。 除以上特点外,本系统设计了文档的安全访问,针对不同层次、不同文件,不同用户的使用权限不同。并通过用户角色管理,实现安全的文档访问。除此之外,本人还为该系统设计了文档的自动上传模块功能。 本文详细叙述了基于WEB的电子文档管理系统的分析、设计与实现过程,从分析到编码都严格遵循软件工程的思想,包括功能模块分析、设计;数据库分析、设计等。通过本系统设计,使得本人掌握了规范的软件开发和设计方法,熟悉了B/S系统的架构和实现。
[Abstract]:Science and Technology Museum is a government administration unit, document is the most important intellectual asset form of science and technology museum. With the development of science and technology museum, document management and document processing are important tools to realize scientific management. However, at present, the documents and archives of many organs and institutions are still in the manual processing stage of paper media, and there are many disadvantages: such as more archives accumulation, more repeated work, difficulty of classification management, difficulty of inquiry, low utilization rate, etc. These shortcomings are more evident when file traffic is greater. In addition, the paper documents, preservation is easy to be affected by environmental factors, the preservation period is very limited. In order to solve the above problems, I use modern network technology and network application platform to build a safe, reliable, open and efficient electronic management system of science and technology museum documents. To provide modern daily working conditions and abundant comprehensive information service for the management department of science and technology museum, realize the automation of archives management and office affairs processing, in order to improve office efficiency and management level, To realize the standardization, electronization and standardization of the daily business work of each department, to enhance the manageability of archives and other documents, to realize the online inquiry and borrowing of information, and finally to realize the "paperless" office. In addition to the above features, the system designed the document security access, aiming at different levels, different files, different users have different access rights. And through the user role management, the implementation of secure document access. In addition, I also designed the automatic document upload module for the system. This paper describes in detail the analysis, design and implementation of the electronic document management system based on WEB. From analysis to coding, it strictly follows the idea of software engineering, including function module analysis, design, database analysis, design and so on. Through the system design, I master the standard software development and design methods, familiar with the structure and implementation of the B / S system.
