Marketing play the most dominant role in the accomplishment of the organization's long-term goals and objectives, because the goals and objectives of business organizations in the majority of cases depend on the successful attraction and retention of customers, the target market of business organization (Aaker, 2003). Organizations those are successful enough usually uses the marketing concept that enable the organization to identify the need and wants of the target market and then uses the concentrated marketing efforts to meet and even exceed the expectations of the target market. However, the ability of the organization to successfully meet and exceed the expectations of the target market depends on the ability of the organization to practice efficient service quality (Crosby, et al., 1990). This is because service quality management is considered the most important ingredients that enable a business concern to extend the desired services to the target market that not only add intangible values to the firm's offerings but also enable a business concern to build long-term relationship with the target market. Organizations that enjoy a long-term relationship with the target market are in a position to accomplish better its long-term goals and objectives (Hunt, 2008).
