以衍生产品为目的的角色造型设计研究

【摘要】:从动画产业链角度看,动画角色造型在前期设定中就应该考虑后续衍生产品的开发。角色造型是决定衍生产品环节是否能够成功的重要因素之一,衍生产品环节的成功又能扩大动画角色在消费者中的影响力从而形成马太效应促进良性发展。由于不同的动画角色因其造型特点而适合不同类型衍生产品的开发,设计以衍生产品为目的的角色造型,应当在符合剧作要求完成角色个性塑造与推动故事情节发展的基础上,充分调查目标受众的典型特点与需求,同时考虑到衍生产品的应用范围与形式,结合生产工艺与材料的影响来设计。 本文论述了在角色造型设计过程中对后续衍生产品的考虑及具体思考方式,从动画角色造型特点、动画角色衍生产品的商业价值、动画衍生产品的工艺与材料、以及角色在衍生产品中的多样化运用等角度对角色造型设计进行了研究。从动画角色造型出发,研究其与衍生产品之间的关系以及衍生产品市场对角色造型的需求。从衍生产品角度出发,考虑衍生产品的生产工艺与材料以及低龄幼儿、儿童、青少年、成人等不同年龄层受众的要求对角色造型的影响。此外,将二维、三维、偶动画角色在衍生产品开发中的多样化运用进行案例分析与总结并尝试运用到个人作品中。 本文的创新点在于突破了以往单纯从造型角度研究角色设计,及单纯从产业角度研究衍生产品开发的研究模式,结合角色造型的特点与衍生产品开发与制作中需要注意和必须解决的问题,对以衍生产品为目的的角色造型设计进行有针对性的分析与研究。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of animation industry chain, animation character modeling should consider the development of subsequent derivatives in the early setting. Character modeling is one of the important factors to determine the success of derivative products. The success of derivative products can expand the influence of animation characters in consumers and form Matthew effect to promote the healthy development. Because different animation characters are suitable for the development of different types of derivative products because of their modeling characteristics, the role modeling for the purpose of derivative products should be designed on the basis of completing the character personality shaping and promoting the story plot development in accordance with the requirements of the play, fully investigating the typical characteristics and needs of the target audience, taking into account the application scope and form of derivatives, and combining with the influence of production technology and materials. This paper discusses the consideration and concrete thinking mode of the subsequent derivatives in the process of character modeling design, and studies the character modeling design from the aspects of the characteristics of animation character modeling, the commercial value of animation character derivatives, the process and materials of animation derivatives, and the diversified application of characters in derivatives. Starting from animation character modeling, this paper studies the relationship between animation character modeling and derivative products and the demand of character modeling in derivative market. From the point of view of derivatives, this paper considers the influence of the production technology and materials of derivatives and the requirements of young children, adolescents, adults and other different age groups on role modeling. In addition, the diversified application of two-dimensional, three-dimensional and even animation characters in the development of derivatives is analyzed and summarized, and it is tried to be applied to personal works. The innovation of this paper is to break through the previous research mode of role design simply from the perspective of modeling and the research mode of derivative product development from the industrial point of view, combined with the characteristics of role modeling and the problems that need to be paid attention to and must be solved in the development and production of derivative products, this paper makes a targeted analysis and research on the role modeling design for the purpose of derivative products.
