我国创意经济资本市场发展问题研究

【摘要】:目前,世界各国直接融资比重已超过间接融资而成为融资的主要形式,资本化率普遍提升,为创意经济产业发展带来了新机遇。20世纪90年代,我国的创意经济产业已陆续开始尝试走向资本市场。截至目前,我国创意类上市公司的数量已达到26家。但从总体来看,创意经济企业上市的数量、比例和直接融资的规模仍然较少。同时,一批竞争力较强的国有大型创意经济企业集团和民营创意经济企业至今尚未实现上市。因此,为创意经济企业上市创造有利条件,鼓励创意经济企业走向资本市场是当务之急。 本文首先分析了我国创意经济产业发展的现状,提出了金融危机给创意经济产业的发展带来了新的契机;然后对创意经济资本市场进行了概括,并对创意经济产业融入资本市场进行了必要性分析;文章总结了我国创意经济资本市场存在的问题,如法律政策性壁垒较高,创意经济资本结构不合理,创意经济上市公司规模小,创意经济上市公司委托代理问题突出以及创意经济板块的国际化程度低等;接着对创意经济资本市场的发展提出了相应的对策建议,如更新政府观念,放宽市场准入,优化创意经济资本结构,对创意经济上市企业进行重组与并购,创意经济上市企业的激励约束机制设计和加快发展外向型创意经济板块等;最后得出了文章的结论:创意经济是信息膨胀时代各国经济发展的新趋势,而培育和优化创意经济资本市场是我国实现创意经济跨越发展不可或缺的一环。
[Abstract]:At present, the world has exceeded the proportion of direct financing and indirect financing as the main form of financing, capitalization rates generally increase,.20 century has brought new opportunities for the creative industry development in 90s, China's creative industry has come to the capital market. As of now, the number of China's listed companies have been creative reached 26. But overall, the number of enterprises listed on the creative economy, the proportion of direct financing of the scale is still small. At the same time, a number of large state-owned competitive creative economy and creative private enterprises have yet to achieve the market. Therefore, for enterprises listed on the creative economy to create favorable conditions to encourage the creative economy enterprises to the capital the market is a pressing matter of the moment.
This paper first analyzes the current situation of the development of China's creative industry, the financial crisis has brought new opportunities for the development of creative industry; and then summarized the creative economy capital market, and the creative industry into the capital market is analyzed; this paper summarizes the existing economic capital market of our country creative the problems, such as legal policy barriers are higher, the creative economy unreasonable capital structure of listed companies, creative economy, creative economy in small scale, listed company principal-agent problems and the internationalization of the low degree of creative sector of the economy; then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the development of the creative economy of the capital market, such as updating the concept of government, relax market access, the optimization of the capital structure of the creative economy, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies of creative economy, creative economy, corporate incentive and restraint mechanisms. Finally, we draw the conclusion that creative economy is a new trend of the economic development of all countries in the era of information expansion, and cultivating and optimizing the creative economic capital market is an indispensable part for China to achieve the leap forward development of creative economy.
