大学动漫教育出口与市场人才需求的解析

【摘要】：近几年,高等院校的动漫教育的理论教学开始与市场动漫人才的需求产生矛盾,应用型人才慢慢成为了市场最急需的人才。较高水平的培养目标与较低水平的就业状况产生矛盾,没能建立起一个策划与营销人才的培养关系。有的院校内教师的水平并没有预想的高,学校的教育硬件设施有限,不能够较好的满足动漫市场发展的需求。大学动漫的教育应该重视高级应用型人才的培育。要想使得大学动漫的教育符合动漫市场的人才需求,就要在校内教育时注重学生的动漫创新,将亲身实践作为培养的主要方式,建立校企间的合作与教育的培训平台。本文从大学的应用型动漫教育入手,分析目前大学动漫教育的现状以及存在的问题,并根据这些问题的解决方法,即大学动漫教育发展的前景,进而对我国动漫市场人才的需求做出相应的市场分析,推动高校动漫教育能平稳快速的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the theoretical teaching of animation education in colleges and universities has started to conflict with the demand of animation talents in the market. Application-oriented talents have slowly become the most urgently needed talents in the market. A higher level of training objectives is in conflict with a lower level of employment. Failed to establish a relationship between planning and marketing personnel training. The level of teachers in some colleges is not as high as expected, and the school's educational hardware facilities are limited. The university animation education should attach importance to the cultivation of senior applied talents. To make the university animation education meet the talent needs of the animation market, We should pay attention to the students' animation innovation in the school education, take the personal practice as the main way of training, and establish the cooperation and education training platform between the school and the enterprise. This paper starts with the applied animation education of the university. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of animation education in universities, and according to the solutions of these problems, that is, the prospect of the development of university animation education, and then makes a corresponding market analysis on the demand of talent in the animation market of our country. Promote college animation education can be stable and rapid development.
