本科动漫专业实践教学及企业动漫人才职业能力现状

【摘要】：中国的动漫教育自开办以来就有两种问题困扰,一是中国的动漫创意产业地区发展的不平衡对动漫教育产生了很大的影响,不少举办了动漫教育的学校所在地没有相应的动漫制作公司,学生实践教学实施较为困难;另外一个动漫制作公司的接待能力的问题,不少公司以承接外单为主,公司不能同时接纳较多的学生进公司实习。实践教学课程分校内课程实践教学、校内集中实践教学、校外实践教学课程、社会美术实践课程三类。企业动漫人才职业能力根据岗位有不同的要求。
[Abstract]:China's animation education has been troubled by two kinds of problems since its inception. First, the imbalance in the development of China's animation creative industry has had a great impact on animation education. Many of the schools where animation education is held do not have corresponding animation production companies, so it is more difficult for students to carry out practical teaching; another issue about the reception capacity of animation production companies is that many companies mainly take on foreign orders. The company can't accept more students to practice in the company at the same time. The practical teaching courses are divided into the inside course practice teaching, the school concentrated practice teaching, the outside school practice teaching course, There are three kinds of practical courses of social art. The professional ability of business animation talents has different requirements according to their posts.
