【摘要】：BIEQ动漫绘画兴趣班商业计划是BIEQ公司的衍生项目,是针对现在家长在幼儿教育中的迷茫,幼儿园、幼教机构等等开设的千奇百怪的幼儿教育培训项目以及幼儿理财教育的缺乏这一情况,为了更好的使幼儿能接触到更加优秀的,有针对性的幼教课程而开展进行的一个实际的活动。该篇商业计划书的关注点主要是“加盟”。要吸引到加盟商参与到该项目中来,就要体现出该项目的卖点,即优势。本论文将首先对兴趣班的课程形式以及内容进行介绍,然后,分别从加盟商和家长角度出发,提出项目对两者来说的优势,最后依据营销策略中的“4P”理论,扩展出项目的市场营销策略。另外,本论文将对实施该项目的人员怎样进行科学系统的管理,提出自己的看法。当然有加盟商进入后,该项目还有一个使命就是盈利,所以我还会对整个项目运营过程中的财务运行状况以及盈利能力运用财务方面的理论知识进行分析。最后论文还介绍了运营中可能遇到的风险以及投资者风险规避的方法和手段。论文最后的结论是:项目处于“蓝海内”,属于空白市场。如果提升管理水平,有意识的防范风险,投资者必将获得可观的回报。商业计划的最终目的立足于培养青少年以及幼儿的财商,其对中国的幼儿教育的发展有重要的借鉴意义。
