杭州文化创意产业发展的影响因素及对策研究

【摘要】： “资本和技术主宰一切的时代已经过去,创意的时代已经来临。”这句从美国硅谷到华尔街的流行语,已经引起世界各国的共鸣。据统计,全世界创意产业每天创造的产值高达220亿美元,并以5%左右的速度递增。于是由“中国制造”走向“中国创造”已经成为中国经济未来的发展战略,创意经济时代是未来的趋势。杭州发展创意产业有着得天独厚的优势,她有着动漫之都等文化创意产业典型。但杭州目前文化创意产业的发展存在着较多制约因素。本文从文化创意产业的概念、产生的背景、国内外发展现状的论述出发,认真对比其他城市的发展状况,寻找杭州文化创意产业发展的瓶颈,进而探讨出对策,以促进杭州文化创意产业的全面发展。
[Abstract]:"Capital and technology dominated the era of the past, creative time has come." this sentence from Silicon Valley to Wall Street, the popular language, has attracted worldwide sympathy. According to statistics, the creative industries all over the world every day the output value of up to $22 billion, and increased by 5% the left and right speed. So by "China manufacturing" to "create Chinese" has become the future development strategy of Chinese economy, creative economy is the trend of the future.
With the development of creative industry in Hangzhou advantage richly endowed by nature, she has of the animation and other cultural and creative industry. But Hangzhou is typical of the development of cultural and creative industries there are many restricting factors. This article from the concept of cultural and creative industries, the background, the domestic and foreign development situation and discussion of the development of city, other serious comparison. The bottleneck for development of cultural creative industry in Hangzhou, and to explore the countermeasures, in order to promote the comprehensive development of Hangzhou cultural and creative industries.
