社会化趋势下动漫社团的校园文化管理路径研究

【摘要】：当前,校园文化建设是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要载体。高校学生社团的蓬勃发展,为大学生思想政治教育提供了一个新载体。特别是动漫社团的蓬勃发展,成长为校园文化建设中一支非常重要的力量。教育部、团中央2005年出台的《关于加强和改进大学生社团工作的意见》中指出：“高校学生社团活动是实施素质教育的重要途径和有效方式,在加强校园文化建设、提高学生综合素质、引导学生适应社会、促进学生成才就业等方面发挥着重要作用,是新形势下有效凝聚学生、开展思想政治教育的重要组织动员方式,是以班级年级为主开展学生思想政治教育的重要补充。”因此,以社会化趋势下的动漫社团建设为研究对象,对于发挥动漫cosplay文化的思想政治教育功能,以及进一步增强大学生思想政治教育的实际效果、全面提高大学生的素质,建设优良的校园文化显得十分重要且有意义。本文从校园文化管理这一研究视角出发对社会化趋势下的动漫社团进行研究,主要运用文献研究法、理论分析法、综合分析法等,对动漫社团的社会化趋势及其现状进行了较为深入的分析,提出必须加强对社会化趋势下动漫社团的文化建设,规范管理,促进校园文化的建设与繁荣,充分发挥其思想政治教育功能,以进一步适应新的发展形势,更新校园文化管理的观念。本研究主要从五个方面对社会化趋势下动漫社团与校园文化管理展开研究。第一部分,社会化趋势下动漫社团与校园文化管理的当代解读与阐释。这一部分明确了动漫cosplay含义,分析了动漫社团的发展和特点,以及动漫cosplay文化在校园文化建设中的功能,明确了动漫社团与校园文化管理的关系。第二部分：社会化趋势下动漫社团在校园文化管理中的地位研究。分析了社会化趋势下动漫社团对校园文化管理带的新课题与新挑战,凸显了加强校园文化建设的必要性和紧迫性。第三部分：社会化趋势下动漫社团在校园文化管理中的现状。这一部分分析动漫社团的发展趋势、社会化对动漫社团的影响,明确了校园文化管理在动漫社团建设中的作用和存在的问题。第四部分：社会化趋势下动漫社团与校园文化管理的路径研究。这一部分指出了加强校园文化建设,促进社会化趋势下动漫社团发展的基本原则,明确了促进动漫社团发展的途径和策略。借鉴学界同仁的研究方法,立足于把握新时期动漫社团的新形势,在理论上有所创新,在实践中有所效用,这是笔者撰写这篇文章的基本理念。笔者不敢夸言总结的理论和建言的价值,但该论文把本人多年以来所获得的管理知识和所学的思想政治教育专业知识很好地结合起来,确实浸透了本人近几年来的学习成果和心血。当然,文中还有很多不足之处,还望学界各位老师指正。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of campus culture is an important carrier to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students. The vigorous development of college students' associations provides a new carrier for the ideological and political education of college students, especially the vigorous development of animation societies. To grow into a very important force in the construction of campus culture. In "opinions on strengthening and improving the work of College students' Associations" issued by the Central Committee of the League in 2005, it is pointed out: "the activities of college students' associations are an important way and an effective way to implement quality education, in strengthening the construction of campus culture and improving the comprehensive quality of students." It plays an important role in guiding students to adapt to the society and promoting the employment of students. It is an important way of organizing and mobilizing students to carry out ideological and political education under the new situation. It is an important supplement to the ideological and political education of students based on the class grade. "therefore, taking the construction of anime societies under the trend of socialization as the research object, to give play to the ideological and political education function of the animation cosplay culture, It is very important and meaningful to further strengthen the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students, improve the quality of college students, and build a fine campus culture. From the perspective of campus culture management, this paper studies the animation societies under the trend of socialization, mainly using literature research, theoretical analysis, comprehensive analysis, etc. This paper makes a deep analysis of the socialization trend and present situation of animation societies, and puts forward that we must strengthen the cultural construction, standardize the management, and promote the construction and prosperity of campus culture. Give full play to its ideological and political education function in order to further adapt to the new development situation and renew the concept of campus culture management. This research mainly carries on the research from five aspects to the animation society and the campus culture management under the socialization tendency. The first part, This part clarifies the meaning of animation cosplay, analyzes the development and characteristics of animation society, and the function of animation cosplay culture in campus culture construction. The second part: the research on the status of animation community in campus culture management under the trend of socialization, and the analysis of the new subject and challenge of animation community to campus culture management under the trend of socialization. It highlights the necessity and urgency of strengthening campus cultural construction. The third part: the current situation of animation community in campus culture management under the trend of socialization. This part analyzes the development trend of animation community, the impact of socialization on animation community, This paper clarifies the function and existing problems of campus culture management in the construction of anime club. Part 4th: research on the path of animation society and campus culture management under the trend of socialization. This part points out how to strengthen the construction of campus culture. Promote the basic principles of the development of animation community under the trend of socialization, and clarify the ways and strategies to promote the development of the animation community. Drawing on the research methods of academic colleagues, based on grasp the new situation of animation community in the new period, in theory to some innovation, in practice, This is the basic idea of writing this article. I dare not praise the value of the theory and advice, but this paper combines the management knowledge I have acquired over the years with the professional knowledge of ideological and political education. Certainly, there are many deficiencies in this paper, and I hope the teachers can correct them.
