江西省赣南地区中学排球运动的现状与发展研究

【摘要】： 排球,作为当今世界三大球之一,曾是我国最为普及的运动项目之一。但其目前开展状况却远不及篮球、足球运动。对于我国排球运动发展的状况,国内很多知名专家和学者都做过详细的研究并揭示了排球运动发展中存在的不足和弊端,较为突出的问题是排球运动的宣传与普及。其中,排球运动在青少年阶段的宣传与普及尤为重要。所以,在中学阶段进行排球运动的宣传与普及,以及中学生排球运动根基的奠定,对于学校排球运动的全面发展,我国排球运动的发展以及全民健身的发展都具有极其重要的意义。本文主要采用了文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法、数理统计法等科研方法对江西省赣南地区18个县、市38所中学排球运动的开展教学情况进行了全面的调查研究。研究结果表明:江西省赣南地区各中学排球运动的开展情况并不一致。在场地器材、教学、比赛等方面存在差别,赣南地区中学排球开课情况不理想,开课率较低。在师资方面:排球师资缺乏,大部分是非排球专业的体育教师,教师培训机会少,且相当一部分体育教师没有参加过排球的培训,对排球的发展状况了解少。在场地器材方面:场地器材严重不足,没有充足的排球供上课所需,排球场地少,大部分学校是在篮球场地或空地上课。在授课内容方面:授课内容比较单一且不系统,以传、垫、发球为主,排球课时较少。大部分中学生对排球运动的兴趣不高,参加排球课外活动的动机主要是为了促进身体健康,提高身体机能等;活动人数较少,活动次数很少。赣南地区中学业余排球队的组织及参加比赛情况不理想,只有少部分的中学组队参加“英东杯”排球比赛。影响赣南地区中学排球运动发展的因素有:学校领导重视程度、师资力量、有影响力的比赛、场地器材、学生对排球运动的兴趣、该地区经济因素以及“重文轻武”的传统思想等。鉴于此,提出以下对策:1、制定相应的督导措施,提高赣南地区各个学校领导对中学排球的重视程度。2、各中学合理利用教育拨款、广泛争取社会资金的赞助,改善学校排球场地器材设施。3、扩大排球专业教师的比例,加强教师排球培训、排球技战术的学习,提高教师排球课教学的信心和热情。4、经常开展多层次、多元化的排球竞赛活动。5、将中学生感兴趣的动漫、电影、电视剧和排球运动结合,带动中学生对排球运动的兴趣。6、利用书籍、报刊、电视、网络等媒体加强排球运动在群众中的宣传,扩大排球运动的社会影响力。
[Abstract]:Volleyball, as one of the three big balls in the world, was one of the most popular sports in our country.But its current development situation is far less than basketball, football.For the development of volleyball in China, many well-known domestic experts and scholars have done a detailed study and revealed the shortcomings and shortcomings in the development of volleyball, the more prominent problem is the promotion and popularization of volleyball.Among them, volleyball in the youth stage of publicity and popularization is particularly important.Therefore, the promotion and popularization of volleyball at the middle school stage, and the establishment of the foundation of volleyball for middle school students, will contribute to the overall development of school volleyball.The development of volleyball in China and the development of national fitness are of great significance.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods to carry out a comprehensive investigation and study on the teaching situation of volleyball in 38 middle schools in Jiangxi Province in 18 counties and cities in the south of Jiangxi Province.The results show that the development of volleyball in middle schools in Gannan area of Jiangxi Province is not consistent.There are differences in the field equipment, teaching, competition and so on. The situation of volleyball in middle school in Gannan is not ideal, and the opening rate is low.In terms of teachers: the lack of volleyball teachers, most of the non-volleyball professional physical education teachers, teachers training opportunities, and a considerable number of physical education teachers have not participated in volleyball training, the development of volleyball less understanding.In the field of equipment: there is a serious shortage of equipment, there is not enough volleyball for class, volleyball field is small, most of the schools are in the basketball court or open space.In the teaching content: the teaching content is single and not systematic, to pass, pad, serve mainly, volleyball class hours are less.The interest of most middle school students in volleyball is not high, the motivation to participate in extracurricular activities is mainly to promote physical health, improve physical function, etc.The organization and participation of the amateur volleyball team in Gannan is not ideal. Only a few of the middle school teams participate in the "Yingdong Cup" volleyball competition.The factors that influence the development of middle school volleyball in Gannan are: school leaders' attention, teachers' strength, influential competition, field equipment, students' interest in volleyball,The economic factors of the region and the traditional thought of "attaching importance to literature and less military force", etc.In view of this, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: 1, formulate corresponding supervision measures, increase the importance attached by school leaders in Gannan region to middle school volleyball, and make rational use of education funds in each middle school, so as to extensively win the sponsorship of social funds.To improve the facilities of school volleyball facilities. 3, to expand the proportion of volleyball teachers, to strengthen teachers' volleyball training, to learn volleyball techniques and tactics, to improve teachers' confidence and enthusiasm in volleyball teaching.The diversified volleyball competition. 5 combines the animation, film, TV series and volleyball activities of high school students' interest, and promotes the students' interest in volleyball sports .6. using books, newspapers, newspapers, television,Network and other media strengthen the publicity of volleyball in the masses, and expand the social influence of volleyball.
