大连市网络文化产业发展研究

【摘要】：网络文化产业是大连市新的经济增长点,是知识经济时代最具竞争力的产业之一。加快发展大连市网络文化产业,可以使大连市在新时代的发展与竞争中立于不败之地。本文主要采取理论研究和实证分析相结合的研究方法,并结合新闻学、经济学等学科的相关理论,分析了大连市网络文化产业发展现状、存在的问题,进而提出大连市网络文化产业的发展策略。大连市网络文化产业经历了三个发展阶段。现在,大连市文化产业的迅速发展为网络文化产业的发展奠定良好基础；市民对网络购物等网络文化消费始终抱有较高热情,网络文化消费水平持续上升,发展前景广阔；以服务外包为主要特色的软件业和动漫产业正在向原创为主转型,为大连市网络文化产业发展注入活力；而三网融合的逐步推进,更有可能助推网络文化产业的发展。现阶段,大连市网络文化产业已经取得诸多成就,尤其形成了具有大连特色的四种产业分类,即互联网与电信网、计算机服务和软件业、广播电视网和网络动漫。但是,目前大连市网络文化产业还存在一些问题,例如：对网络文化产业认知程度不足、原创产品开发贫乏、经营管理市场不完善等等。针对这些问题,笔者认为在管理层面,应该加强组织的管理与运作,加大对整个产业的投入力度；在经营层面,应该注重企业的网络文化产业发展意识和消费者网络文化素养；在网络服务方面,应该加强网络动漫创新力度,拓展三网融合覆盖面；同时注重人才培养和原创产品的开发,打造优秀网络文化
[Abstract]:Network culture industry is a new economic growth point of Dalian and one of the most competitive industries in the era of knowledge economy. Speeding up the development of Dalian's network culture industry can make Dalian in an invincible position in the development and competition of the new era. This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis, and combining with the relevant theories of journalism, economics and other disciplines, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of network culture industry in Dalian. Then put forward the development strategy of Dalian network culture industry. Dalian network culture industry has experienced three stages of development. At present, the rapid development of cultural industry in Dalian lays a good foundation for the development of network culture industry, the citizens always have a high enthusiasm for online shopping and other network cultural consumption, the consumption level of network culture continues to rise, and the development prospect is broad. The software industry and animation industry, which is characterized by service outsourcing, is transforming to originality, injecting vitality into the development of Dalian's network culture industry, and the gradual promotion of the integration of three networks is more likely to promote the development of network culture industry. At present, Dalian network culture industry has made many achievements, especially the formation of Dalian with the characteristics of four types of industry classification, namely Internet and telecommunications network, computer services and software industry, radio and television network and network animation. However, there are still some problems in Dalian's network culture industry at present, such as insufficient knowledge of network culture industry, poor development of original products, imperfect management market and so on. In view of these problems, the author believes that the management and operation of the organization should be strengthened, and the investment in the whole industry should be increased, and at the management level, attention should be paid to the awareness of the development of the enterprise's network culture industry and the consumer's network culture literacy. In the network service aspect, should strengthen the network animation innovation dynamics, expands the three nets fusion coverage, at the same time pays attention to the talented person training and the original product development, creates the outstanding network culture
