动漫人才培养中创新能力分析

【摘要】：随着社会改革的不断深入,各个行业都得到了一定的发展,动漫行业也不例外。在动漫行业发展的过程中,一定要不断进行推陈出新,这样才可以保证其不会被市场淘汰。为此,在动漫教育过程中,一定要重视学生创新能力的培养,这样才可以保证其在投入工作之后,结合所学内容进行一定的创新,达到与时俱进,满足社会发展的需求,进而促进动漫行业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of social reform, various industries have been a certain development, animation industry is no exception. In the animation industry development process, must continue to promote innovation, so as to ensure that it will not be eliminated by the market. Therefore, in the process of animation education, we must attach importance to the cultivation of students' innovative ability, so as to ensure that they can make certain innovations in combination with the contents learned after putting into work, so as to keep pace with the times and meet the needs of social development.
