【摘要】： 电视是承载着多形式元素的大众媒介,电视新闻借助其传播技术的优势,以多视角的画面叙事元素,将信息以更加生动、具象、准确、易受的形式呈现在观众面前。电视新闻动漫是在传承新闻漫画逾百年文化积淀的基础上,充分吸取当代新媒体动漫(动画或漫画)传播的形式成果,开创了我国电视新闻节目中新闻动漫的新形式,出现了以新闻动漫为依托的新的新闻报道形式。本文以介绍电视新闻动漫的定义入手,结合电视新闻节目中的大量实例,对这一新的电视新闻形式进行系统的分析研究,从而得出如下一些基本看法: 电视新闻动漫,就是在电视新闻节目中,借助于电子技术的传播手段,以声音配合动画或漫画为传播符号,对新近发生的事实所作的报道。主体是新闻,动漫只是一种表现新闻的形式。它是电子传播技术高度发达、各种传媒激烈竞争、快餐文化成为时尚的当今时代的必然产物。其主要表现形式有新闻事件模拟、新闻事件要点分析、新闻评论画面三类;其主要特点和优势是取景范围的最大化、新闻评论的具象化和叙事风格的趣味化。电视新闻动漫做为一种比较新颖的融合了视觉、听觉等多种媒介传播方式的更加直观的新闻形式,已经潜入我们每日接触的新闻节目当中,成为现代新闻形式中一种不可或缺的报道形式,它有着自己不同于纸媒和广播、网络等传播形式的新特点,但如果运用不好,也容易出现内容失真、评论失当、趣味低下等新的问题。因此,我们在积极推广、发展、完善这一新的电视新闻形式的过程中,要始终注意维护其新闻的本质属性,正确处理动漫手法与真情实景的关系,坚持观点与材料的统一,坚持社会效益第一的原则。目前,新闻动漫作为电视新闻中的新形式还没有引起学术界足够的关注,对它的研究还比较少,我想通过本文的研究让大家来重视电视新闻动漫这种新闻的表达方式,让新闻动漫在电视新闻中发挥其更加重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Television is a mass medium with multi-form elements. Television news, with the advantage of its communication technology, presents the information in a more vivid, concrete, accurate and easily accepted form in front of the audience with the narrative elements of multi-angle pictures. TV news animation is a new form of news animation in TV news programs in China, which is based on the cultural accumulation of more than a hundred years' heritage of news cartoons, and fully absorbs the formal results of the spread of contemporary new media animation (animation or cartoon), thus creating a new form of news animation in TV news programs in China. Appeared to news animation as the basis of news reporting form. This article begins with the introduction of the definition of TV news animation, combining with a large number of examples in television news programs, carries on the systematic analysis and research to this new television news form. As a result, the following basic points of view are drawn: TV news animation, that is, in television news programs, with the aid of electronic means of communication, the communication symbol is to match sound with animation or comics. A report on recent facts The main body is news, animation is only a form of expression of news. It is a highly developed electronic communication technology, various media fierce competition, fast food culture has become the inevitable outcome of the modern fashion. Its main forms include news event simulation, news event analysis and news comment screen, and its main characteristics and advantages are the maximization of scene scope, the concretization of news commentary and the interest of narrative style. Television news animation, as a relatively new and more intuitive news form that combines visual, auditory and other media means of communication, has infiltrated into the news programs that we come into contact with every day. It has become an indispensable form of reporting in modern news forms. It has its own new characteristics that are different from the forms of communication such as print media, broadcasting, and the Internet. However, if it is not used well, it is also prone to distortion of content and improper comments. New problems such as low interest. Therefore, in the process of actively promoting, developing and perfecting this new television news form, we should always pay attention to maintaining the essential attributes of its news, correctly handle the relationship between the animation technique and the real situation, and adhere to the unity of views and materials. Adhere to the principle of social benefits first. At present, as a new form of television news, news animation has not attracted enough attention in academic circles, and the research on it is still relatively few. I would like to make everyone attach importance to the news expression of TV news animation through the study of this article. Let news animation in television news play a more important role.
