云南与国内优势地区动漫产业发展现状比较研究

【摘要】：近年来,云南文化产业的发展备受社会各界的关注。动漫产业作为云南文化产业中的一个重要组成部分目前尚处于起步阶段,但已呈现出产业扶持政策加强、市场低迷状况改善、人才培养工作已见成效、云南动漫影响力扩大等良好势头。动漫产业是一个需要整体推进的文化产业,借鉴国内优势地区的发展经验,云南动漫产业的发展需要政府对产业基地的主导性建设投入和系列强力扶持政策,以壮大本土动漫企业,为本土动漫人才提供施展才能的平台;云南的动漫节应凸显云南特色。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of Yunnan's cultural industry has attracted attention from all walks of life. As an important part of Yunnan's cultural industry, animation industry is still in its infancy at present, but it has shown that the industry support policy has been strengthened, the market has been improved, and talent training has been achieved. Yunnan animation impact expansion and other good momentum. Animation industry is a cultural industry that needs to be promoted as a whole. The development of Yunnan animation industry needs the government's leading construction investment and a series of strong support policies for the development of Yunnan animation industry. In order to strengthen local animation companies, for local animation talent to provide a platform for the display of talent; Yunnan animation festival should highlight the characteristics of Yunnan.
