【摘要】：正由国家新闻出版广电总局和浙江省政府主办的第九届中国国际动漫节于4月27日至5月1日在杭州举行。中宣部副部长、国家新闻出版广电总局局长蔡赴朝和浙江省委副书记、省长李强共同启动水晶球。浙江省政协主席乔传秀出席开幕式。浙江省委常委、杭州市委书记黄坤明,国家新闻出版广电总局副局长李伟分别致辞。开幕式后,领导和嘉宾参观了动漫节展会。本届动漫节围绕"动漫盛会·人民节日"的宗旨,汇聚国内外动漫产业的信息流、资金流、人才流,着力提升
