云南动漫创作的突围之路

【摘要】：作为一项以内容为王的创意产业,动漫创作在动漫产业中占据着举足轻重的位置。云南动漫产业的发展虽然相对滞后,但在21世纪初却出现了诸多亮点,云南本土企业创作了多部异彩纷呈的动漫作品。这些作品融思想性、艺术性与观赏性于一炉,将民族文化艺术元素与电脑高科技技术有机结合,走向了全国乃至世界,并逐步开始实现其经济效益。但云南动漫创作的发展缺乏动漫产业的有力支撑,未能形成自己的特色,市场竞争能力处于劣势位置。因此,理应凸显云南特色,适当加大政策扶持力度,拓宽云南动漫产业的融资渠道,加强对本土动漫人才的培养并适时引进精英人才,逐步构建完整的动漫产业链,以使云南动漫创作走上一条民族化、特色化、差异化和良性循环的发展轨道。
[Abstract]:As a content-based creative industry, animation creation occupies a pivotal position in the animation industry. Although the development of Yunnan animation industry lags behind, but at the beginning of the 21st century, there are many bright spots, Yunnan local enterprises have created a number of colorful animation works. These works combine the thought, art and appreciation in a furnace, combine the national culture and art elements with the computer high-tech technology organically, go to the whole country and even the world, and gradually begin to realize its economic benefits. However, the development of animation creation in Yunnan lacks the strong support of animation industry, fails to form its own characteristics, and the market competitiveness is at a disadvantage. Therefore, should highlight the characteristics of Yunnan, appropriately increase policy support, broaden the financing channels of Yunnan animation industry, strengthen the training of local animation talents and timely introduction of elite talents, gradually build a complete animation industry chain. In order to make Yunnan animation creation on a national, characteristic, differentiation and virtuous circle of development track.
