滨海区宣传文化中心报刊管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近几年来滨海区严格按照国家各项法律法规,大力发展自身经济,并且在各个领域取得了骄人的成绩。近期,滨海区宣传文化中心为了加快自身政治、经济、文化的快速传播,已经制定了多种宣传措施,满足了滨海区宣传文化中心对于各种信息传播的需要。以往宣传文化中心新闻科在制定报刊的时采用了较为老式的人工作业形式,不仅工作效率低下,而且报刊质量和信息有效性都不能得到认可,导致宣传文化中心信息传播一度受阻。为了解决这一问题,滨海区宣传文化中心新闻科已经进行了深入探讨,并达成了一致意见。宣传文化中心新闻科将会结合自身工作经验,并且引入计算机管理技术力求设计出一套报刊管理系统,实现新闻报刊制定和发行的自动化管理,希望满足滨海区宣传文化中心新闻科报刊管理工作。本文论述了滨海区宣传文化中心新闻科报刊管理系统的整体实现流程,本文首先讨论了系统的开发背景和国内外研究现状,指出了系统当前待解决的主要问题和主要工作。接着深入分析了系统整体需求,对系统进行了合理划分,并对各个模块进行了详细需求描述。然后进行了系统总体设计,主要描述了对系统目标的分析、系统架构的设计以及对系统数据库的研究。接着又进行了系统详细设计,对核心功能模块中所涉及到的实现类和实现过程进行了描述,并将实现过程中用到的技术进行了展示。然后研究了系统的整体实现过程,展示了功能效果图和实现活动图,并公布了部分功能实现代码并对系统进行了用力测试。最后对系统的设计过程进行了简单总结,并对系统的前景进行了展望。本系统基于JAVA技术与SQL SERVER 2000数据库结合应用的报刊管理系统的开发,论文对报刊管理系统在滨海区宣传文化中心实际工作中所承担的任务做了一定的探讨。首先列举了系统待解决的主要问题,并根据滨海区宣传文化中心报刊管理系统实际调研背景,通过JDBC连接数据库、JSP技术实现报刊管理系统。滨海区报刊管理主要实现的工作包括基础信息管理、客户管理、销售管理、系统维护等方面的内容。其中基本信息管理中完成了报刊信息录入、报刊信息表打印、报刊查询、作者信息录入、作者明细表打印、稿件处理表打印、作者查询等功能；客户管理中包括订户信息录入、订户信息表打印、订户查询、非订户录入、非订户表、非订户查询、广告信息录入、广告信息表、广告查询等方面的管理；销售管理中包括报刊零售录入、零售表打印、零售查询、零售退货录入、库存管理。这些管理模块之间共同合作,在报刊管理工作中完成了各自的任务,是报刊管理工作可以正常有序的进行下去的有力保障。通过该系统的报刊零售、退货等一系列的模块,实现了滨海区宣传文化中心互联、互通、互操作的网络办公应用,彻底改变了以往滨海区宣传文化中心报刊模式,提高了滨海区宣传文化中心报刊管理办公工作的高效率运行。

The propaganda and cultural center news department will combine their own work experience, and the introduction of computer management Technology strives to design a set of newspapers and periodicals management system to achieve the automatic management of news and newspaper making and distribution, hoping to meet the management of press and periodicals in the propaganda and culture center of Binhai District.
This paper describes the whole news, newspaper management system of propaganda and cultural center of the coastal areas of the implementation process, this paper first discusses the development background and research status at home and abroad, pointed out that the system is currently the main problems to be solved and the main work. Then in-depth analysis of the overall system requirements, a reasonable division of the system, and each detailed requirements description. Then the system design, mainly describes the goal of system analysis, system design and architecture of the system database. Then the detailed design of the system, the implementation class and the core modules are involved in the implementation process are described, and will make use of the technical process was presented. Then the system's overall implementation process, demonstrates the capabilities to achieve the effect diagrams and activity diagrams, and published some of the work can be realized The code is tested and the system is tested. Finally, the design process of the system is briefly summarized, and the prospect of the system is prospected.
The system of JAVA technology and SQL SERVER 2000 database management system based on the combination of the development of newspaper application, this paper has done some research on the newspaper management system to carry out the propaganda and cultural center of the actual work in the coastal areas of the task. Firstly lists the main problems to be solved in the system, according to the coastal area newspaper management system actual propaganda and cultural center the research background, through the JDBC connection database, realize the newspaper management system JSP technology.
The main coastal area newspaper management work includes basic information management, customer management, sales management, system maintenance and other aspects. The basic information management achieve the goal of information input, printing information sheet, press inquiries, the information input, the authors list printing, manuscript processing sheet printing, the author inquiries and other functions; customer management includes subscriber information input, information table print subscribers, subscriber query, non subscriber input, non subscriber table, non subscriber query, advertising information input, advertising information table, advertising inquiries and other aspects of the management; sales management including newspapers and retail retail retail table entry, query, print, retail return entry, inventory management. The cooperation between these management modules, complete their task in the press management work, is the administration of newspapers and magazines can guarantee the normal and orderly proceed.
Through this system, newspapers and retail, return and a series of modules to achieve the propaganda and cultural center of the coastal area interconnection, interoperability, network office application interoperability, thoroughly changed the propaganda and cultural center of the coastal zone and mode, to improve the efficiency of the propaganda and cultural center of Binhai District Newspaper Management Office work.
