基于ARM7大屏幕LED设计

【摘要】:LED显示屏因为其使用寿命长、功耗低、亮度高、可视范围广等优点,被广泛应用于机场、道路、车站、证券交易、户外广告等公共场所。 与LCD相比LED成本低、亮度高且可以拼接成需要的尺寸。传统的LED显示屏常采用8位的微处理器,由于其运行速度、寻址能力和功耗等问题,,已难满足显示区域较大、显示内容切换频繁的相对较复杂的应用针对目前使用的大型LED显示屏存在的问题,结合当今先进的微控制器产品和控制技术。 本文提出了一款基于ARM微处理器的大屏幕LED显示控制的设计方案。主要内容是采用ARM嵌入式微处理器LPC2114作为控制器,8位移位寄存器74HC595作行数据传输,16位数据选择器74HC154作列扫描信号,通过仿真软件Protues完成多块大屏幕LED的显示。
[Abstract]:Because of its long service life, low power consumption, high brightness and wide visual range, LED display screen is widely used in public places such as airports, roads, stations, stock exchanges, outdoor advertisements and so on. Compared with LCD, LED is low cost, high brightness and can be stitched into the required size. The traditional LED display screen often uses 8-bit microprocessor. Because of its running speed, addressing ability and power consumption, it is difficult to satisfy the large display area. The relatively complex applications of frequent content switching aim at the problems existing in the large LED display screen which is currently used, combining with the advanced microcontroller products and control technology. This paper presents a design scheme of large screen LED display control based on ARM microprocessor. The main content is to use ARM embedded microprocessor LPC2114 as controller, 8-bit shift register 74HC595 as row data transmission, 16-bit data selector 74HC154 as column scan signal, and display multiple large-screen LED through simulation software Protues.
