基于工作流的企业批文审批系统设计与实现

【摘要】:大型企业的分公司对总公司的各种政策资源和各种费用预算的使用是通过申请批文流程来实现的。批文是分公司向总公司申请的报告和费用单据,包括了物流费用、广告费用、政策资源费用等。本文针对企业使用传统人工方式对批文审批所用时间较长、容易出错、审批流程相对固定等弊端,利用工作流技术,,设计实现了一个企业的批文审批系统,使企业批文的审批流程化和高效化,对提高企业的信息化水平具有重要的应用价值和实际意义。 论文首先论述了系统开发的背景和工作流技术国内外研究现状,对企业批文审批系统的需求进行了阐述,详细描述了批文类型审批流程定义、描述了批文的撰写与录入、批文的审批和批文控制等核心批文审批过程与要求。 论文然后讨论了系统设计与实现过程中将要用到的相关技术,讨论了Delphi软件开发平台,描述了Delphi多层体系结构以及多层体系结构中关键的MIDAS技术,描述了工作流模型和工作流的具体功能。 论文接着讨论了企业批文审批的详细设计过程,描述了系统的体系结构和系统网络结构,设计出了系统功能结构,描述了系统数据库的详细设计过程,设计出了系统的详细数据库概念模型。 论文最后介绍了系统的实现过程,阐述了Delphi应用系统开发的基本过程,包括定义服务器应用程序、服务器程序的实现、客户端程序的实现方法;设计了系统中主要类的实现方法,给出了批文审批关键存储过程实现,实现和展示了批文流程配置、批文录入和批文审批等企业批文审批系统的核心功能。 系统已经正常运行,实现了批文从流程配置、批文的录入到批文审批的整个流程,满足了对批文审批业务需求,规范了企业批文业务流程处理,提高了业务管控能力,实现了业务各环节及时处理,极大提高了企业的运作效率和信息化水平。
[Abstract]:The use of all kinds of policy resources and various cost budgets by branch offices of large enterprises is realized through the application approval process. The approval is the report and expense document which the branch company applies to the head office, including the logistics expense, the advertisement expense, the policy resource expense and so on. In view of the disadvantages of traditional manual method, such as long time, easy to make mistakes and relatively fixed approval process, this paper designs and implements an enterprise approval system by using workflow technology. It is of great application value and practical significance to improve the informatization level of enterprises by making the approval process and high efficiency of enterprise approval. Firstly, this paper discusses the background of the system development and the research status of workflow technology at home and abroad, expounds the requirements of the enterprise approval system, describes in detail the definition of the approval process of the approval type, and describes the writing and entry of the approval document. Approval process and requirements for approval and approval control. Then, the paper discusses the related technologies to be used in the design and implementation of the system, discusses the Delphi software development platform, describes the Delphi multi-tier architecture and the key MIDAS technology in the multi-tier architecture. The workflow model and the function of workflow are described. Then the paper discusses the detailed design process of enterprise approval, describes the system architecture and system network structure, designs the system function structure, describes the detailed design process of the system database. The detailed database conceptual model of the system is designed. Finally, the paper introduces the realization process of the system, and expounds the basic process of Delphi application system development, including defining the server application program, the realization of the server program, the realization method of the client program; The implementation method of the main classes in the system is designed, and the key stored procedure realization of approval is given. The core functions of the enterprise approval system are realized and displayed, such as the configuration of the approval process, the entry of the approval document and the approval of the approval document. The system has been running normally, realizing the whole process of approval from process configuration, input of approval to approval, satisfying the requirement of approval business, standardizing the business process processing of enterprise approval, and improving the ability of business management and control. The operation efficiency and information level of the enterprise are greatly improved.
