基于J2EE的户外广告管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着计算机技术的广泛应用,虽然人们可以通过电脑从而大幅度提升个人工作、学习效率。但是当在很多人协同办公的情况下,如何提高整个集体的办公效率是非常重要的。因此在办公信息日益增加和办公管理日益复杂的条件下,可靠的、安全的、高效的管理系统显得尤为重要。本文户外广告公司的运转流程,详细的制定了一套自动化办公的方案,从根本上解决了户外广告公司管理效率低下的问题。近些年,网络技术和计算机技术得到了飞速的发展,因特网已经成为当今各个领域的主要的交易平台。J2EE软件架构技术为人们提供了具有可伸缩性、灵活性的电子商务管理平台,恰好满足了人们对软件商务软件平台的客观的需求。由于J2EE软件架构良好的扩展性和维护性、多平台支持能力、多厂商的支持、总体成本低等优势,本文的户外广告管理系统采用J2EE软件架构技术。本文在对具体公司管理和广告业务详细了解和分析的基础上,将户外广告管理系统与J2EE软件架构有机的结合到一起。通过三层B/S系统结构的详细分析,搭建了以B/S系统结构为基础,结合J2EE软件架构的户外广告管理系统。通过对户外广告管理系统的系统需求和系统结构进行了合理的、详细的分析。从经济可行性、技术手段可行性和营运可行性三个角度对系统的可行性进行了论证,从而证明了本文所述的户外广告系统的可行性与必要性。本文系统软件开发使用Java语言开发J2EE软件架构的户外广告管理系统,采用基于B/S结构的主程序界面,数据管理软件选取SQL Server 2008。通过应用Server03结合Tomcat的方式将本文的户外广告系统成功的部署到具有Windows系统的服务器上。同时,本文实现了广告业务管理流程、财务业务流程、登录流程和收费管理流程,以及系统友好界面的设计工作。本文最后对系统的功能、性能、以及安全性进行了较为全面的测试,测试结果完全可以满足户外广告公司日常工作需求因此,本文所设计实现的户外广告管理系统,完全可以满足户外广告企业的日常工作需求。户外广告管理系统的应用实现了办公无纸化,使得整个公司管理更加规范,同时也增强了公司员工的信息化办公的理念。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of computer technology, although people can greatly improve their personal work and learning efficiency through computers. But when many people work together, how to improve the efficiency of the whole collective office is very important. Therefore, under the condition of increasing office information and increasing complexity of office management, a reliable, safe and efficient management system is particularly important. In this paper, the operation process of outdoor advertising company, the detailed formulation of a set of automated office plan, fundamentally solved the problem of low management efficiency of outdoor advertising company. In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology and computer technology, the Internet has become the main trading platform in various fields. J2EE software architecture technology provides scalability for people. Flexible e-commerce management platform, just to meet the objective needs of software business software platform. Due to the advantages of good expansibility and maintainability, multi-platform support ability, multi-vendor support and low overall cost of J2EE software architecture, the outdoor advertising management system of this paper adopts J2EE software architecture technology. On the basis of detailed understanding and analysis of specific company management and advertising business, this paper combines outdoor advertising management system with J2EE software architecture. Through the detailed analysis of the structure of the three-tier BFS system, an outdoor advertising management system based on the BFS system structure and the J2EE software architecture is built. The system requirements and system structure of outdoor advertising management system are analyzed in detail. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economic feasibility, technical means feasibility and operation feasibility, thus proving the feasibility and necessity of the outdoor advertising system described in this paper. This system software development uses Java language to develop the outdoor advertisement management system of the J2EE software architecture, adopts the main program interface based on the B S structure, and selects SQL Server 2008 as the data management software. Through the application of Server03 and Tomcat, the outdoor advertising system of this paper is successfully deployed to the server with Windows system. At the same time, this paper realizes the advertising business management process, financial business process, login process and fee management process, as well as the system-friendly interface design work. At the end of this paper, the function, performance and security of the system are tested, and the test results can meet the daily work requirements of outdoor advertising companies. Therefore, the outdoor advertising management system designed and implemented in this paper. It can fully meet the daily work needs of outdoor advertising enterprises. The application of outdoor advertising management system makes the office paperless, makes the management of the whole company more standardized, and also strengthens the concept of information office for the employees of the company.
