[Abstract]:"the broken Generation" represents Keluyak's creation with a very bright post-modernism color, which has become a typical case of post-modernism literature. Kerouac showed a strong critical and reflective nature, but the target of his criticism was not the national system and the social system of the United States, but the official mainstream culture. It is in this sense that Keluyak's literature is a subculture, which, on the one hand, maintains relations with the mainstream culture and is born out of the mainstream culture; on the other hand, it shows a fundamentally different characteristic from the mainstream culture. At the same time, Kelouac's literary works are post-modernist, and his literary thoughts are strikingly similar to French absurdity and neo-fiction. For example, his resistance to tradition and obsession with tradition, his novels clearly inherited Mark Twain's artistic style, especially the style of American-style homeless novels. The theme of his literature is the perplexity and despair of modern people, which is exactly the same as post-modernism. He used collage techniques widely, putting all kinds of advertisements, popular lyrics and newspaper news fragments into his novels to create a background full of the color of the times and the life of the common people. He carried out a great deal of literary language reform, a large number of black language, Mexican language, as well as the language of the bottom vagrant, so his novel language has a vulgar characteristics and a strong color of life at the bottom. On the other hand, when Keluyak discovered the profound crises of American society, which could not be solved by using native American resources, he turned his wise eyes to the ancient East and sought a new goal of life in Buddhist Zen. New wisdom enlightenments and new ways of ideological liberation, and thus achieved obvious results. The popular nature of Keluyak's creation and the national character of the United States have become the greatest literary highlights and impressed the readers.
