北京市旭日星空羽毛球俱乐部的运营管理研究

【摘要】:为了解和探索北京市业余羽毛球俱乐部的运营现状和发展模式,选取其中较为成功的经营型业余羽毛球俱乐部——旭日星空进行个案研究。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对旭日星空俱乐部的实际运营管理情况进行分析,以期获得参考性数据,为其余相似羽毛球俱乐部的运营管理及未来发展提供参考。 运营管理就是对运营过程的计划、组织、实施和控制,是与产品生产和服务创造密切相关的各项管理工作的总称。从另一个角度来讲,运营管理也可以指为对生产和提供公司主要的产品和服务的系统进行设计、运行、评价和改进。本研究从旭日星空俱乐部“对内运营管理”和“对外服务运营管理”两个部分为着手点,对其运营管理进行全面而系统地分析,其中对内部营管理包括对“人”、“财”、“物”、“信息”的管理,外部服务运营管理包括服务内容设计、服务流程规范、服务项目的推广和服务质量的控制。 研究发现,旭日星空俱乐部在对“人”管理方面基本满足俱乐部的发展需求;对“财”管理上,赢利点日趋全面化,但财务管理系统有待升级提高;对“物”管理上,长期租用有关院校的场地设施,实现了互利双赢,但也面对着场地拥挤等突出问题;对“信息”管理上,俱乐部依托官方网站和QQ群,基本实现了必要的信息管理和有效沟通,但还应提高对会员信息分析以及相关政策等信息的掌握能力。在服务内容设计上,较好的满足了俱乐部的发展要求;在服务流程规范上,已经形成简单明确的服务流程;在服务推广上,依托建设高水平青少年队伍取得的优秀成绩,进行口头宣传,并配合广告宣传,取得较好效果;在服务质量控制上,较好地掌控了服务质量的可感知性、可靠性和反应性,并注重维护客户的忠诚度。
[Abstract]:In order to understand and explore the operation status and development mode of Beijing amateur badminton club, the more successful amateur badminton club, Asahi Sun Star, was selected for a case study. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the actual operation and management of Sunrise Star Club in order to obtain the reference data and provide reference for the operation and management and future development of other similar badminton clubs. Operation management is the planning, organization, implementation and control of the operation process, and it is the general name of all kinds of management work closely related to product production and service creation. From another point of view, operation management can also refer to the design, operation, evaluation and improvement of the system that produces and provides the company's main products and services. This study starts from the two parts of "internal operation management" and "external service operation management" of the rising Sun Star Club, and makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of its operation management, in which the internal management includes "people" and "money". "material", "information" management, external service operation management includes service content design, service process specification, service project promotion and service quality control. It is found that the rising Sun Star Club basically meets the development needs of the club in the management of "people", and the profit point is becoming more and more comprehensive in the management of "money", but the financial management system needs to be upgraded and improved. In the management of "material", the long-term rental of the venues and facilities of the relevant colleges and universities has realized mutual benefit and win-win situation, but it is also faced with outstanding problems such as site congestion and so on. In the management of "information", the club basically realizes the necessary information management and effective communication by relying on the official website and QQ group, but it should also improve the ability to master the information of members and related policies. In the service content design, it meets the development requirements of the club, in the service process specification, has formed a simple and clear service process; In the service promotion, rely on the excellent achievements of building a high-level youth team, carry out oral publicity, and cooperate with advertising publicity, to achieve better results; In the service quality control, the perceptibility, reliability and responsiveness of the service quality are well controlled, and attention is paid to maintaining customer loyalty.
