大型广告企业工作流管理平台设计与实现

【摘要】:自20世纪90年代以来,工作流技术一直是计算机应用领域的一个新热点。对工作流技术进行深入研究除了能有助于提高企业的信息集成,企业核心业务流程再造(Business Process Reengineering)的成功实施之外,也可以帮助我们深入研究工作流的核心:工作流定义、工作流模型、工作流仿真、实现技术及分布式对象等相关技术。 建设“某大型广告企业信息化系统”的统一业务管理平台,建立起业务流程化控制线,使业务订单能贯穿整个业务操作流程,实现了财务、成本、供应链、知识管理及监控等业务的一体化管理,也为战略企业管理和管理过程中的预警和控制提供了快速实效的运行数据。 本系统以ASP.Net为开发工具建立一个B/S架构、基于Web工作流引擎的管理平台,以信息处理分析对象作为中间层、Web作为前台的三层次结构开发模式,开发一个适应用户需求的现代企业管理平台系统,从而使自定义这一全新的开发思想得以实现。同时在本课题上还用到了SqlServer 2005网络数据库,使管理平台的功能得到更大发挥。 本系统中工作流引擎部分包括流程定义工具,流程运行管理工具和流程运行系统三大部分。流程定义工具用来描述企业实际业务流程,它将每一个流程的目标明确,任务细分,分配具体的人员执行具体的任务。流程管理系统用来进行统计分析,实施监控与跟踪。流程运行系统自动运行定义的流程,自动发送任务信息到指定的人员。 通过对某大型广告集团业务调研及现有不同流行企业管理平台的了解与研究,我认为本管理平台软件需求的变化主要表现在办公过程、公文的格式及业务流程控制等因素上,只要软件能提供用户业务流程和公文格式等常变因素的自定义功能,而无需更改源程序就能解决这一难题。
[Abstract]:Since 1990 s, workflow technology has been a new hot spot in the field of computer application. The in-depth study of workflow technology can not only help to improve the information integration of enterprises and the successful implementation of enterprise core business process reengineering (Business Process Reengineering), but also help us to deeply study the core of workflow: workflow definition, workflow model, workflow simulation, implementation technology and distributed object and other related technologies. The unified business management platform of "information system of a large advertising enterprise" is constructed, and the business process control line is established, so that the business order can run through the whole business operation process, realize the integrated management of finance, cost, supply chain, knowledge management and monitoring, and also provide rapid and effective operation data for early warning and control in the management and management process of strategic enterprises. In this system, ASP.Net is used as the development tool to establish a B / S architecture, based on the management platform of Web workflow engine, the information processing and analysis object is taken as the middle layer, and Web is used as the three-level structure development mode to develop a modern enterprise management platform system to meet the needs of users, so that the new development idea of customization can be realized. At the same time, the SqlServer 2005 network database is also used in this subject, so that the function of the management platform can be brought into full play. The workflow engine part of the system includes three parts: process definition tool, process operation management tool and process operation system. The process definition tool is used to describe the actual business process of the enterprise. It defines the objectives of each process, subdivides the tasks, and allocates specific personnel to carry out the specific tasks. Process management system is used for statistical analysis, monitoring and tracking. The process running system automatically runs the defined process and automatically sends task information to the specified person. Through the understanding and research of the business investigation of a large advertising group and the existing management platforms of different popular enterprises, I think the changes of the software requirements of this management platform are mainly manifested in the office process, the format of official documents and business process control and other factors, as long as the software can provide the custom function of common factors such as user business process and official document format, and can solve this problem without changing the source program.
