中国恭维语及恭维语应答的变迁

【摘要】：本研究采用社会访谈为主要研究方式，收集真实话语,探讨在过去的十几年里，中国赞扬语及应答发生的变化以及发生这些变化的推动因素。文章主要从恭维语人称，恭维语应答方式两个方面来分析这个言语行为。本文也囊括两个主要的社会语境因素，年龄和性别来分析它们对恭维言语行为的影响和制约。通过将本文收集的恭维言言语行为的数据和贾玉新1997年相关数据进行比较发现主要有以下几个相似点和变化。第一，在中国恭维言语行为中还是以第二人称的恭维语居多，，此特点和贾玉新1997年相似，可见在过去的十几年里恭维语人称在中国恭维言语行为中没有发生巨大的变化.这和英语母语者多用第一和三人称恭维语不同。在分析不同年龄组的恭维语人称使用上，作者发现第二人称恭维语在青年组及老年组都占据了主要份额。中国恭维语言语行为最大的变化发生在恭维语应答。通过和贾玉新1997年研究比较发现中国人特别是年轻的80后一代更多地选择接受或间接接受而非拒绝为恭维语的应答方式，并且中国人恭维语应答有向英语母语者趋同的趋势。通过探讨中国恭维言语行为十几年来发生的变化，我们发现中国社会依然保留有传统文化中的和谐，谦卑及以他人为先的特质，但在时代的变化及西方文化的影响和冲击下，中国人特别是年轻的一代更加个人主义及更加自信。通过中西文化的对比，我们可以了解两者的差异;但是通过探讨本族文化发生的历史变迁，我们可以更好的审视自身，这对我们将来在国际化平台上开展跨文化对话有巨大意义。世界文化大同绝没有各个文化和平相处及互相渗透更有意义。本文关于中国恭维语言语行为的研究结果是对世界文化发展“和而不同”的很好例证。
[Abstract]:This study uses social interviews as the main research method to collect the real discourse and explore the changes of praise and response in China in the past ten years and the driving factors of these changes.This article mainly analyzes this speech act from two aspects: compliment person and compliment response mode.This paper also includes two main social contextual factors, age and gender, to analyze their influence and constraints on compliment speech acts.By comparing the data collected in this paper with those of Jia Yuxin in 1997, we find that there are several similarities and changes.First of all, the second person is the most common compliments in China, which is similar to Jia Yuxin in 1997. It can be seen that in the past ten years there has been no great change in the flattery person in the speech act of compliment in China.This is different from the first and third person compliments used by native English speakers.By analyzing the use of compliments in different age groups, the author finds that the second group occupies a major share in both the youth group and the elderly group.The biggest change in compliment language behavior in China is in compliment response.By comparing with Jia Yuxin in 1997, it is found that Chinese people, especially the young post-80s generation, choose to accept or indirectly accept rather than reject compliments, and that Chinese compliment responses tend to converge to native English speakers.By discussing the changes in the speech act of compliment in China over the past ten years, we find that Chinese society still has the characteristics of harmony, humility and others first in the traditional culture, but under the influence and impact of the times and the western culture, we find that the Chinese society still has the characteristics of harmony, humility and others first in the traditional culture.The Chinese, especially the younger generation, are more individualistic and more confident.Through the comparison between Chinese and Western cultures, we can understand the differences between the two. But by discussing the historical changes that have taken place in our own cultures, we can better examine ourselves.This has great significance for us to carry out cross-cultural dialogue on the international platform in the future.World cultural harmony is never more meaningful than the peaceful coexistence and infiltration of different cultures.The findings of this paper are a good example of the development of world culture.
