公文中的修辞简论

【摘要】：1923年,英国的著名分析学家罗索(B.Russe)在《论模糊性》一文中提出“整个语言或多或少是模糊的。”他首次揭示了人类语言具有模糊性的本质。我国的模糊语言研究,大致开始于上个世纪70年代末。北京师范大学的伍铁平教授1979年发表的论文《模糊语言初探》,标志着模糊语言学在中国的诞生。1983年,王希杰先生在《模糊理论和修辞学》这篇论文中,最早提出了模糊修辞学的概念,为模糊修辞学的学科形成奠定了基础。本文从公文语体的角度,通过对公文的一般修辞方法的分析,与模糊修辞法在公文中的运用情况进行对比,研究公文中模糊修辞的构成手段、模糊修辞的一般原则以及如何避免模糊修辞带来的消极影响,以提高其积极影响。本文共分四章。第一章是对修辞与模糊修辞的概说,第一节包括修辞的含义,修辞学的研究范围；第二节主要是围绕模糊修辞来研究,包含模糊修辞的历史沿革以及模糊修辞的涵义。第二章介绍公文以及公文语体,第一节介绍公文的含义、作用以及分类；第二节着重分析语体以及公文语体的特点。第三章概说公文中的修辞的运用,第一节研究公文中修辞的特点,与其他语体修辞差异的比较；第二节介绍公文中的一般修辞方法。第四章是本文的重点,首先从模糊词的概论即从模糊词的定义,模糊词的分类,模糊语的构成三个方面来全面分析研究什么是模糊词；其次从常式模糊修辞以及变式模糊修辞手段两大部分分析公文中模糊修辞的构成手段；最后根据以上的研究总结出公文中模糊修辞的原则及如何避免模糊修辞带来的消极影响,提高其积极影响。结语总结本文在模糊修辞研究道路上得到的有益经验和遇到的问题,希望能够抛砖引玉,引起广大学者的关注与研究,把模糊修辞学这一学科建设得更加完善。
[Abstract]:In 1923, the famous British analyst Rosso B. Russei wrote in on fuzziness that "the whole language is more or less vague." He first revealed the fuzziness of human language. The study of fuzzy language in China began in the late 70's of last century. In 1979, Professor Wu Tieping of Beijing normal University published a paper entitled "A preliminary study of vague language", which marked the birth of fuzzy linguistics in China. In 1983, Mr. Wang Xijie wrote "Fuzzy Theory and rhetoric" in this paper. The concept of fuzzy rhetoric was first put forward, which laid a foundation for the formation of the subject of fuzzy rhetoric. From the perspective of the style of official documents, through the analysis of the general rhetorical methods of official documents and the application of fuzzy rhetoric in official documents, this paper studies the composing means of fuzzy rhetoric in official documents. The general principles of fuzzy rhetoric and how to avoid the negative effects of fuzzy rhetoric in order to enhance its positive impact. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an overview of rhetoric and fuzzy rhetoric. The first section includes the meaning of rhetoric and the scope of rhetoric. The second section mainly focuses on fuzzy rhetoric, including the historical evolution of fuzzy rhetoric and the meaning of fuzzy rhetoric. The second chapter introduces the official document and its style, the first section introduces the meaning, function and classification of the official document, and the second section focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the style and the style of the official document. The third chapter generalizes the use of rhetoric in official documents. The first section studies the characteristics of rhetoric in official documents and compares with other rhetorical differences; the second section introduces the general rhetoric methods in official documents. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper. Firstly, from three aspects: the definition of fuzzy words, the classification of fuzzy words, and the composition of fuzzy words, the author makes a comprehensive analysis and research on what is fuzzy words; Secondly, the paper analyzes the constitution of fuzzy rhetoric in official documents from two parts: regular fuzzy rhetoric and variable fuzzy rhetoric. Finally, it summarizes the principles of fuzzy rhetoric in official documents and how to avoid the negative effects of fuzzy rhetoric. Increase its positive impact. The conclusion summarizes the useful experience and problems in the research of fuzzy rhetoric, hoping to draw the attention and research of scholars, and to perfect the subject of fuzzy rhetoric.
