【摘要】：行政公文是在治理社会和管理国家的政务中起到意义重大的作用的，为各级行政机关处理日常行政以及按照规定的程序办理公务活动的重要工具和手段。行政公文是由众多要素所组成的整体。行政公文的修辞对行政公文的表达效果以及传播起到了意义重大的作用。本论文具体研究对象为行政公文修辞，首先，对行政公文的修辞的定义以及职能进行了定位，从行政公文的原则、特点、风格三个层面对行政公文的修辞进行研究，结合具体实例，突出表现出了行政公文修辞的价值和意义。其次，文章对公文修辞中的词语的选择、句式的选择、篇章的选择和辞格的选择进行具体的探讨，，探讨出具体需要注意的语言环境以及从实用性上探讨选择的特点。最后，文章对受体心理以及行政公文修辞的创新进行系统研究，着重从实践角度出发，提出对行政公文修辞技巧以及对未来发展方向的展望。本论文共分为五个部分：第一个部分是概述，论述研究行政公文修辞的必要性及意义、已有的关于行政公文修辞研究现状以及成果、本论文的材料来源以及研究思路和创新点。第二部分是对行政公文修辞的原则、特点及风格的考察。通过对行政公文修辞的原则、特点以及风格等几方面进行研究，分析总结行政公文修辞原则、特点、风格上的规律，使行政公文的修辞研究更为系统化、理论化。第三部分是本文的重点，从行政公文修辞词汇、句式修辞手法的选择三个方面对行政公文修辞的具体内容进行论述。通过论述总结出行政公文在这三方面的选择上表现出的修辞效果的规律。第四部分行政公文修辞方面的创新认识以及对行政公文未来发展方向的启示。第五部分是结语。总结概括各部分的主要观点及其规律，并提出本文的不足之处和之后需要改进的地方。本文采用概念分析法、比较分析法、归纳法、概括法、比较法、举例法等一些日常使用的基本研究方法，力图构建一个相对完整的理论框架。通过对修辞学、心理学、行政学等相关理论上的分析再结合行政公文修辞运用的具体例子对行政公文的修辞进行规律性、系统性、关联性的探讨。行政公文的语料具有丰富性、连贯性的特点，通过对行政公文修辞的研究，不断拓宽修辞学的研究范围，不断加深研究的深度和意义，不断增强在方法上创新性。
[Abstract]:The administrative document plays an important role in governing the society and managing the government affairs of the country. It is an important tool and means for the administrative organs at all levels to deal with the daily administration and to deal with the official activities according to the prescribed procedures. Administrative document is a whole composed of many elements. The rhetoric of administrative documents plays a significant role in the expression and dissemination of administrative documents. This thesis focuses on the rhetoric of administrative official documents. Firstly, the definition and function of the rhetoric of administrative official documents are defined, and the rhetoric of administrative official documents is studied from three aspects: the principles, characteristics and styles of administrative official documents. Combined with concrete examples, the paper highlights the value and significance of administrative document rhetoric. Secondly, the paper discusses the choice of words and phrases, the choice of sentence structure, the choice of text and the choice of rhetorical case in official document rhetoric, and discusses the specific linguistic environment that needs attention and the characteristics of the choice from the practical point of view. Finally, this paper makes a systematic study on the receptor psychology and the innovation of administrative document rhetoric, and puts forward the rhetorical skills of administrative official document and the prospect of its future development from the point of view of practice. This thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is an overview of the necessity and significance of the research on the rhetoric of administrative documents, the present situation and achievements of the research on the rhetoric of administrative official documents, the source of materials, the research ideas and innovative points of this paper. The second part is the principle, characteristics and style of administrative document rhetoric. By studying the principles, characteristics and styles of the rhetoric of administrative official documents, this paper analyzes and summarizes the principles, characteristics and rules of the rhetoric of administrative official documents, so as to systematize and theorize the rhetoric study of administrative official documents. The third part is the focus of this paper, from the administrative official documents rhetoric vocabulary, the choice of rhetorical devices of three aspects of the specific content of administrative official documents rhetoric. This paper summarizes the rules of rhetorical effects of administrative documents in these three aspects. The fourth part is the innovative understanding of the rhetoric of administrative official documents and the enlightenment to the future development direction of administrative documents. The fifth part is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the main viewpoints and their laws of each part, and points out the shortcomings of this paper and the areas that need to be improved. In this paper, some basic research methods, such as conceptual analysis, comparative analysis, induction, generalization, comparison and examples, are used to construct a relatively complete theoretical framework. Based on the theoretical analysis of rhetoric, psychology, administration and so on, this paper discusses the regularity, systematization and relevance of the rhetoric of administrative official documents by combining with the concrete examples of the use of rhetoric in administrative official documents. The corpus of administrative official documents has the characteristics of richness and coherence. Through the study of rhetoric of administrative official documents, the scope of rhetoric research is widened, the depth and significance of the study are deepened, and the innovation of methods is constantly enhanced.
