从权力话语理论探析胡适翻译思想

【摘要】：胡适作为五四时期中国新文化运动的领军人物、二十世纪中国最有影响的思想家和学者之一，，在哲学、教育、文学、伦理学、历史和翻译等诸多领域都取得了巨大的成就。其特殊的双语文化背景使其将翻译西方文学作品传入中国，对当时的中国文化和社会变革产生了深远影响。所以，全面研究胡适的翻译不仅有助于更深入地了解其本人的翻译，而且对我国的翻译史建设以及完善当代翻译理论都具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 到目前为止，对胡适的翻译已经做了不少研究，也取得了较多的成果。而本文在这些研究的基础上，拟从一个新的视角——权力话语理论来分析探讨胡适的翻译。本文认为胡适的翻译既受到当时国内文学革命和社会政治状况下的权力话语的支配，也受到以西方强势权力话语的影响，同时，其翻译对当时权力话语的构成也起到了非常重要的作用。希望此研究对全面了解胡适的翻译提供一个新的视觉，也对翻译理论本身的建构、加强翻译理论的解释力都起到积极的作用。 本论文共分为五个章节：第一章为概述部分，介绍了研究的背景、目标、意义和方法；第二章为文献综述部分；第三章是文章的理论框架，以福柯以及其他学者的权力话语理论为基础，分析权力和翻译之间的关系；第四章为本文的主体部分，从权力话语理论研究胡适的翻译思想和实践，分析影响胡适翻译思想和实践的权力因素以及这些因素如何影响其翻译的，同时说明其翻译如何促成当时权力话语的形成；通过以上分析研究，文章最后得出结论：胡适的翻译实践和翻译思想和特定的权力话语有着密切的关系。
[Abstract]:As the leader of the Chinese New Culture Movement during the May 4th Movement, Hu Shi, one of the most influential thinkers and scholars in China in the 20th century, has made great achievements in the fields of philosophy, education, literature, ethics, history and translation. Due to its special bilingual cultural background, the translation of western literary works was introduced into China, which had a profound impact on the cultural and social changes in China at that time. Therefore, a comprehensive study of the translation of Hu Shi is not only conducive to a deeper understanding of his own translation, but also has important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of translation history and the improvement of contemporary translation theory in China. Up to now, much research has been done on the translation of Hu Shi and many achievements have been made. On the basis of these studies, this thesis intends to explore the translation of Hu Shi from a new perspective-power discourse theory. This paper argues that the translation of Hu Shi is not only dominated by the power discourse under the domestic literary revolution and social and political conditions, but also influenced by the powerful power discourse in the West. Its translation also played a very important role in the formation of power discourse at that time. It is hoped that this study will provide a new vision for a comprehensive understanding of Hu Shi's translation, and will also play a positive role in the construction of translation theory itself and in strengthening the explanatory power of translation theory. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an overview, which introduces the background, objectives, significance and methods of the study; the second chapter is the literature review part; the third chapter is the theoretical framework of the article. Based on Foucault's and other scholars' power discourse theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between power and translation. Chapter four is the main part of this thesis, which studies Hu Shi's translation thought and practice from the perspective of power discourse theory. This paper analyzes the power factors that influence Hu Shi's translation thought and practice, and how these factors influence his translation, and explains how his translation contributed to the formation of power discourse at that time. Finally, it is concluded that Hu Shi's translation practice is closely related to translation thought and specific power discourse.
