赴泰高校汉语教师志愿者教学适应情况调查

【摘要】:在中国经济飞速发展、国际地位日益升高的大背景下,汉语和中国文化在全球范围内持续升温,远赴海外任教的汉语教师志愿者数量逐年增长,如何更好的适应海外教学环境、提高汉语教学质量,让国际友人更加喜欢汉语,乐于接受中国文化,,这是目前汉语国际推广的面临的挑战。本文以2012年远赴泰国的汉语教师志愿者为调查对象,采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,对88名服务于泰国高等院校的汉语教师志愿者进行了调查研究,力图考察这一群体的教学适应现状,深入挖掘其产生原因,并提出提高教学适应能力的策略。并期望通过对这些志愿者赴任教学情况的调查,对未来赴泰汉语教学志愿者教师的提供参考和借鉴。 第一章:阐述本文的选题缘由、研究意义及研究现状。 第二章:阐述本文的调查过程,包括调查对象、调查方法、调查内容,并对调查结果进行数据统计。 第三章:对志愿者的教学适应情况进行综合分析,找出影响教学适应情况的因素,并总结教学适应困难带来的负面影响。 第四章:总结教学适应困难的产生原因。从主客观两方面进行阐述。 第五章:根据上文内容,给出合理化的提高志愿者教学适应能力的策略。 第六章:探讨本文的研究成果以及不足之处。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing international status, Chinese and Chinese culture continue to heat up in the global scope, and the number of Chinese teacher volunteers who go abroad to teach is increasing year by year, so how to adapt to the overseas teaching environment better? Improving the quality of Chinese teaching, making international friends like Chinese more and willing to accept Chinese culture is a challenge to the international promotion of Chinese. In this paper, 88 Chinese teacher volunteers who served in Thai universities were investigated by means of questionnaire survey and interview with Chinese teacher volunteers who went to Thailand in 2012. This paper tries to investigate the present situation of teaching adaptation of this group, dig out the causes of it, and put forward some strategies to improve the ability of teaching adaptation. The author also expects to provide reference and reference for future volunteer teachers of Chinese teaching in Thailand through the investigation of these volunteers. Chapter one: explain the reason, research significance and current situation of this paper. The second chapter: this paper describes the investigation process, including survey object, investigation method, investigation content, and carries on the data statistics to the survey result. In the third chapter, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the teaching adaptation of volunteers, finds out the factors that affect the teaching adaptation, and summarizes the negative effects brought by the difficulties in teaching adaptation. Chapter four: summing up the causes of difficulties in teaching adaptation. From the subjective and objective two aspects of the elaboration. Chapter 5: according to the above contents, the rational strategies to improve the teaching adaptability of volunteers are given. Chapter six: discuss the research results and shortcomings of this paper.
