网络布告栏系统中不礼貌性言语剖析

【摘要】：网络论坛作为一种重要的信息载体，具有其鲜明的文体特征。网络论坛中的语言不仅仅是作者语言的简化，更是真实意图的体现，因而具有较大的研究价值。近年来，很多国内外学者对不礼貌现象和网络论坛中语言符号性现象产生了浓厚的兴趣，但是从不礼貌角度分析网络论坛中语言的研究少之又少。本文以网络论坛中不礼貌现象为研究对象，以语用学相关理论为理论基础，包括面子理论和不礼貌理论。通常情况下，出于对别人面子的考虑，人们会用礼貌话语来表达对他人的尊重。但是，在某些情况下，不礼貌话语常常被作为一种语用策略，以达到他们的某种交际目的。另一方面，不礼貌话语既可以传递不礼貌信息，也可以产生礼貌的效果。在某些特定情境中，，不礼貌话语不仅不会传递给听话人任何不礼貌的信息，反而会增进交际双方的人际关系。在不同的语境下,听话者接收到的积极正面的信息不总是表达了说话者对听话者的祝福,类似地,当听话者接收到消极负面信息的时候,并不总是表达说话者对听话者的谴责。本文对网络论坛上一些评论进行收集,整理和分析,发现普遍情况下人们会采用不礼貌的方式进行评论和交流，通过分析网络论坛中不礼貌现象，揭示人们为什么多采用不礼貌策略多于礼貌策略，从而提供了一个新的视角来更好地理解不礼貌性会话。本文的主要意义之一是分析和拓展不礼貌的功能,目的是引导人们更好地理解和看待网络论坛上的不礼貌现象，以及如何在恰当的语境运用不礼貌策略达到一个有效交流的目的。本文总结出人们应该恰当地理解网络环境中的不礼貌现象，该结论对人际交流也有一定的启示，在网络环境中,听话人应当根据交际对象选取适当的话语来表达或理解说话者的真实意图；同时,听话人也应当将说话人的字面意思与真实意图区分开来,以减少或消除不必要的误解。
[Abstract]:As an important information carrier, network forum has its distinctive stylistic features. The language in the network forum is not only the simplification of the author's language, but also the embodiment of the real intention, so it has great research value. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have a strong interest in the phenomenon of impoliteness and the phenomenon of language symbolism in online forums, but there are very few researches on the analysis of languages in online forums from the perspective of non-politeness. This paper focuses on the phenomenon of impoliteness in Internet forums, and takes the pragmatic theory as the theoretical basis, including face theory and impoliteness theory. Usually, due to the consideration of other people's face, people will use polite words to express respect for others. However, in some cases, impolite utterances are often used as a pragmatic strategy to achieve their communicative purposes. On the other hand, impolite words can not only convey impolite information, but also produce politeness effect. In some specific situations, impolite utterances not only do not convey any impolite information to the hearer, but also enhance the interpersonal relationship between the two parties. In different contexts, the positive and positive information received by the hearer does not always express the speaker's blessing to the listener. Similarly, when the hearer receives the negative and negative information, it does not always express the speaker's condemnation of the hearer. This paper collects, collates and analyzes some comments in the online forum, and finds out that in general, people will use impolite way to comment and communicate, by analyzing the phenomenon of impoliteness in the online forum. It reveals why people adopt more impolite strategies than politeness strategies, thus providing a new perspective to better understand impolite conversation. One of the main meanings of this paper is to analyze and expand the function of impoliteness, with the aim of guiding people to better understand and view the phenomenon of impoliteness in online forums. And how to use impolite strategies in appropriate context to achieve an effective communication purpose. This paper concludes that people should properly understand the phenomenon of impoliteness in the network environment. This conclusion also has some implications for interpersonal communication, in the network environment, The hearer should choose appropriate words according to the object of communication to express or understand the real intention of the speaker; At the same time, the hearer should distinguish the literal meaning of the speaker from the real intention to reduce or eliminate unnecessary misunderstanding.
