电视调解中策略性不礼貌的语用研究

　　电视调解是一种新兴的调解方式,在社会生活中发挥着化解家庭矛盾,弘扬社会道德,维护社会和谐的重要作用。作为一种复杂的社会语用现象,电视调解在大众传媒和社会法律等领域取得了丰硕的成果,但鲜有学者从语用的角度对电视调解展开研究。电视调解的成功主要取决于调解员对于各种调解策略的综合使用,而这些策略的使用往往受到语境等各种语用因素的制约。因此,有必要从语用的角度对调解员在调解过程中所使用的各种语用策略及其积极功能进行研究。聚焦于电视调解中最常见的婚姻出轨类和赡养父母类调解,本文转写了30期《百姓调解》节目中的调解语篇。观察发现,调解员在调解这两类由违反道德引发的家庭冲突时,经常使用攻击当事人面子的不礼貌策略。而不同于日常生活中的不礼貌,调解员所使用的不礼貌具有策略性、弱对抗性和正面性的语用特征。因此,根据所选语料,本文将调解员所使用的不礼貌策略定义为策略性不礼貌,其区别性特征为:说话人对听话人的面子攻击并不是为了引起冲突,而是为了实现特定的积极意图;而听话人受到了面子威胁,但并不会予以攻击型回应。基于所选语料,本研究将采用定性定量相结合的方法对电视调解中调解员的策略性不礼貌进行语用研究。本文试图...
