合作原则在商务谈判中的应用研究

现代经济的迅速发展,贸易的日益繁荣,使各国间的联系越来越密切。近年来,尤其是中国加入世界贸易组织之后,改革开放的程度也日益的加深。中国与其他国家之间的商贸往来日益频繁。在贸易的过程中,贸易双方既有合作的一面,又有冲突的一面,因此商务谈判在贸易实务中占据了非常重要的地位。商务谈判是借助语言这一媒介来实现的,在本质上是一种运用语言进行的经济活动。所以,商务谈判的成功与否在一定程度上依赖于语言的运用。合作原则作为一个重要的会话原则,在商务谈判中也占据了重要的地位。 本论文从语用学的角度出发,利用合作原则这一非常重要的语用原则来阐释语用策略对商务谈判的影响。合作原则是美国著名的哲学家格赖斯在60年代末提出的,这一原则对于会话中意义的理解起着非常重要的作用。根据合作原则的要求,在所有的语言交际中,说话人与听话人首先必须得有意愿去合作,这样会话才能继续进行。在实际的言语交际过程中,会话交谈之所以能持续地、有意义地进行下去,最终实现言语交际的目的,也是基于这种会话合作的默契和意愿。但并不是所有的会话参与者都能严格的按照合作原则各个准则的要求。在很多情况下,为了能够达到自己的交际目的,会话参与者很有...
